Clashes Between Pakistan and Afghanistan,
With Dozens Killed Within Hours!
(Translated)

News:

Both Pakistan and Afghanistan announced the deaths of dozens of soldiers and fighters in violent clashes on both sides of the border. The latest clashes began on Saturday evening, October 11, 2025, in a lightning operation by Afghan Taliban forces, against Pakistan. The Taliban announced that its forces had successfully carried out military operations against Pakistani security forces, in response to repeated violations and airstrikes launched by the Pakistani army on Afghan territory, particularly on a popular market in eastern Afghanistan.

Afghan government spokesman, Zabihullah Mujahid, said that 58 Pakistani soldiers were killed in this operation, and that his country would defend its people and territory. Meanwhile, the Pakistani army said it had killed or wounded more than 200 Taliban fighters and affiliated terrorist groups in shelling, raids, and precision strikes. Pakistan vowed to respond more forcefully to the Afghan attack. Fighting between the two countries had temporarily ceased with Saudi and Qatari mediation, and the crossings between the two countries have been closed.

Comment:

Colonialism left artificial nationalistic borders between the fragile states it established to defend its interests. Borders were one of the most important reasons for the outbreak of clashes between them. Perhaps the Pakistani-Afghan border is considered a model for igniting crises between these countries, especially Pakistan and Afghanistan. The border separating them is called the Durand Line. Britain established it during its control of the Indian subcontinent to make Afghanistan a buffer state between British influence in India, and the influence of Russia, which had ambitions in that region. These artificial nationalistic borders came to tear apart communication between the Pashtun tribes, who live on both sides of the border, and to create fertile soil for the establishment of armed tribal militias separate from state authority, with a strong popular base that fed them with fighters.

America later exploited this complex border situation between Pakistan and Afghanistan, directing the Pakistani army to engage in futile, relentless combat operations against these militias under the pretext of fighting terrorism, thus distracting the army from its own vital issues, such as the liberation of Kashmir.

Following the Taliban’s return to power in Afghanistan, and the withdrawal of US occupation forces, border tensions between Pakistan and Afghanistan have escalated, culminating in clashes that threaten to spark a full-scale war between them. This is particularly true given the political leadership’s insistence on their respective national identities, and their rejection of the idea of unity and unification based on Islam.

It was therefore surprising to find that relations between Afghanistan, a Muslim country, and countries hostile to Islam, such as China, Russia, and India, were improving and developing in all areas, while its relations with Pakistan, its sister country in Deen, language, and tribal ties, were worsening, reaching the point of estrangement and war!!

The only solution to the problems of the two countries and their ongoing conflict lies in Islam, adherence to its teachings, and adherence to its Aqeedah (doctrine). Returning to Islam means moving toward unity, unification, and strength. Distance from Islam creates conflict, dispute, fragmentation, and weakness.
