A young woman from Sudan participated in what is known as the Miss World competition, a moment celebrated by Yaser Arman, a leader in the Freedom and Change Central Council commenting cunningly, despite the accumulated impact of the rescue culture against creativity, beauty, and women, Tibah Diab, the young participant, exhibited courage and awareness, daring to participate in beauty pageants and attempting to reflect a part of our heritage, culture, and identity. The intentional conflation between the religion of the people of Sudan, which prescribed a specific system of life for women, and the secular rescue regime and its culture, a regime that did not adhere to Islam, is nothing but pure falsehood and deception. Every knowledgeable person knows that in the outdated rescue system, there is nothing Islamic in its constitution except for the phrase Bismillah Al-Rahman Al-Raheem. This phrase was opposed by secular politicians like Arman, who aim to use their intentional conflation as a tool to alienate the Muslim people of Sudan from Islam by associating it with the rule of the rescue regime, a regime that had no connection to Islam and was, in fact, a blasphemous system.

Allah, Ta’alah, has designated true creativity and beauty in honoring humanity with the human intellect – the locus of responsibility. Through it, the existence of the Creator is affirmed, and through understanding it, one elevates their behavior, rectifying their worldly life and the Akhirah.

Islam has made its message the seal and its noble law for humanity. Neither man nor woman is the center of discourse and responsibility. Women are honored and preserved, kept away from secular concepts that commodify them and address their bodies, thus celebrating the essence of creation.

The heritage, culture, and identity of the people of Sudan are rooted in the great Islam. Those who adhere to it are saved from the pit of the destruction of kufr, a pit that these secular politicians have long sought to lead the Ummah into, marketing the blended merchandise of kufr, drawing closer to their masters who finance them and fill their treasuries with them!

We strive to purify our heritage, as Muslims from the people of Sudan, from customs and rituals, such as nudity, dancing, and singing in public life.

Undoubtedly, any Muslim with a basic understanding of Islamic rulings knows that nudity in such competitions is religiously prohibited, accepted only by those morally corrupt!

The identity of the people of Sudan is the great Islam, and Allah (swt) will surely grant victory to this Ummah, restoring its dignity and status as Allah intended it to be—the best Ummah brought forth for mankind, adhering to the laws of Sharia, conveying it to the world, guarding this adherence by establishing the Khilafah Rashidah (rightly guided Caliphate) on the method of the Prophethood. This Khilafah will grace the people of Sudan and every Muslim with the religion of Allah, declaring them as slaves to Allah alone, applying the laws of Allah, and cutting off the ways of the secularists.
