State Annual Budget: A Perpetual Colonial Enslavement

Liberal capitalist states are designed to undergo an annual financial plan for the running of the government revenues and expenditures. This financial policy that engages third world countries in immense pressure to strike a balance between state management of the affairs of the people and colonial hegemony. The international monetary policy (fiat system) whose values are pegged to the Petro-dollar must balance trade (export and import) to a float the value of the local currency from sinking into an abyss of economic collapse.

Comment:

Kenya is not immune from this evil colonial scheme as we witness again the proposed finance bill 2025/2026 has hit the highest record in the history of this poor nation to a tune of 4.2 trillion shillings (32 billion US dollars). This bill intends to collect over 80% via taxing of the citizenry and the rest through borrowing based on usury system. The most unfortunate part of this bill is that over 70% of the revenue is allocated for national debt payments and one third for wage bill and development program. As time elapses, third world countries sink deeper in the ocean of national debt. One of the major impacts of the heinous - evil system is corruption becomes the order of the day leaving ordinary citizens to languish in poverty.

Voices of concern though at low tone from some of the African leaders over the global financial system depicts the danger and dare situation states are in, with no other clear way to emancipate from modern slavery. The core reality here is, the world is turning in all directions seeking for liberation and this will not come whether BRICS or any block that will be formed based on the same colonial framework. Islam is the only ideology that practically liberated nations from state slavery to slaves of the Creator of man, life and universe, leading mankind from darkness of disbelief to light of tauhid.

Roughly 1,380 years ago Rustom, the Persian general standing before the monumental battle of Al-Qadisiyah, was faced with an army of men whose hearts alone could move mountains. He requested of the great companion Rabīʿ b. ʿĀmir (raḍiy Allāhu ʿanhu) to inform him of the purpose of those he represented (i.e. the Muslims). Ibn ʿĀmir’s reply gave an insight into the motivations of the companions of the Final Prophet (sall Allāhu ʿalayhi wa sallam): إن الله ابتعثنا لنخرج العباد من عبادة العباد إلى عبادة رب العباد، ومن ضيق الدنيا إلى سعة الآخرة، ومن جور الأديان إلى عدل الإسلام “Allāh has sent us to deliver whomsoever He wishes of mankind from subjugation to the creation to the servitude and worship of Allāh; from the narrowness of the dunya to the vastness of the ākhirah, and from the injustices of [manmade or altered] religions and ideologies to the justice of Islām...”
