The Palestinian Authority and its Security Services are Leading their Members into a Deep Valley in Hell, Allah Forbid
(Translated)

Following a speech, he gave in the mosque on Friday 12/20/2024, in which he warned the Palestinian Authority (PA) and its security services of the sanctity of the blood of Muslims in the Jenin camp, the PA's security services arrested Atiya Wael from the village of Bal'a - Tulkarm from his shop and assaulted him with their hands and rifle butts. They assaulted his employee and arrested Mahdi Fayyad with him. His crime was that he filmed their barbarism and assault on those present at the place, and he is still being held by the intelligence service.

Then, the authorities followed up their crime with another crime on Saturday, 21/12/2024, when they arrested Tayseer Jitawi and his two sons, Qutaiba and Obaida. Their officers stormed the house in a barbaric manner, without regard for the sanctity of the homes and their privacy, and assaulted Obaida and Qutaiba. Then, the father, Tayseer, was released, while his two sons remained kidnapped.

It is a scene that reflects the image of the Palestinian Authority in crisis with people rejecting its shameful actions and crimes in Jenin, when it arrests and tortures those who deny its crime from the Shabab of Hizb ut Tahrir or others, and then follows the crime with another crime when its sinful hand is extended to those who deny its crime.

Here, the members of the security services must stop, think, and reconsider their actions:

What the security services are doing in Jenin camp, besieging its people, cutting off food and drink from them, and shooting at water tanks, is a scene similar to, or even identical to, what the Jews were doing in northern Gaza, and then all of Gaza. But that is an enemy who carries a hatred that has filled the horizon. Has the Palestinian Authority made you become our enemies like it, waging war on your brothers, starving, thirsting, and besieging their women, children, and elderly?! Do you not see what your hands have committed in obedience to the orders of the PA’s leaders who carry out the orders of the Jewish entity and the American general in Ramallah?!

Those who carry weapons in Jenin camp have repeatedly told you that we are not pointing our weapons at you, but at the occupation army. How can you accept that your weapons are pointed at the chests of those who have preserved your blood, and you have extended your hands to them to kill them, while they have not extended their hands to you to kill you?! Do you want to bear their sin and carry their burdens before Allah? Do you not think?!

Then the people of Palestine are exposed to attacks by settlers, who attack and burn the houses of Allah, as in Marda, a village near Salfit. They burn and demolish homes and shops, displace people from their homes, and prevent them from reaching their lands. You are neither defending the people, nor leaving the weapons in their hands for them to defend themselves. The situation of the people of Palestine is summed up in one question they ask you and throw in your faces: Who will protect us?! So, answer them: Who will protect them from the aggression of those who have incurred wrath? Don't you realize that you are implementing the plan of displacement from the West Bank as the Jewish entity wants? Has the rogue authority brought you to this stage?!

Don't you realize that the Jewish entity has been imposing new facts on the ground and expanding its settlements under the eyes and ears of the Palestinian Authority since the Oslo Agreement? It is now entering a new phase in which it wants to expand its settlements without resistance, while pushing you to oppose your people and push them to submit to the settlers. If you succeed in subjugating your people on its behalf, then you will have done it a great service, but do you think that it will be pleased with you and preserve your dedication to serving it?! No, by Allah, rather it will cast you into shameful disgrace, and you know how many agents it has liquidated after completing their mission and role.

We, in Hizb ut Tahrir in the Blessed Land, call upon you with the call of a sincere advisor to stop obeying the orders of the leaders of the Palestinian Authority who have linked their fate to the fate of the Jews. Where will you go in this world from the Jews who do not differentiate between those who fight them or those who fight with them?! Where will you go from your brothers and your families when you have made their blood, honor, and money permissible?! Then where will you go from the wrath and vengeance of Allah on the Day of Judgment?! Do not obey the orders of the corruptors, and do not obey the orders of the leaders of the PA and its criminals, for they have led you to the sources of destruction in this world and the Hereafter.

We address the families of those who work in the security services: Help your children, advise them, and even prevent them from following the path of the oppressors, so that you may protect their Deen and their Afterlife before the day comes when eyes will stare.

[وَلَا تَحْسَبَنَّ اللهَ غَافِلاً عَمَّا يَعْمَلُ الظَّالِمُونَ إِنَّمَا يُؤَخِّرُهُمْ لِيَوْمٍ تَشْخَصُ فِيهِ الْأَبْصَارُ]

“Do not think ˹O Prophet˺ that Allah is unaware of what the wrongdoers do. He only delays them until a Day when ˹their˺ eyes will stare in horror” [Ibrahim 14:42]

As for Hizb ut Tahrir and its members, they have sworn to be the faithful guardians of Islam, so they proclaim the truth and do not fear the blame of anyone for the sake of Allah. The authoritiesand those who are more oppressive and unjust than them have known us, and they have learned that the crimes of the regimes, such as arrest, torture, and even killing, do not deter us.Those regimes have perished, but the Hizb and its call remain. The call of truth is established and firmly rooted in our hearts as firm as the towering mountains.It is a call of truth that our hearts have imbibed, that Islam will return with the promise of Allah, the Most High, and His permission, there is no doubt about it.The basis of the issue of Palestine is Islam, and it is on the necks of all Muslims, and the Khilafah (Caliphate) on the method of the Prophethood is the promise of Allah, the Most High, and the glad tidings of His Messenger (saw).

Finally, this is the advice of the Messenger of Allah (saw) to the Muslims during the Farewell Pilgrimage.

«... فَإِنَّ دِمَاءَكُمْ وَأَمْوَالَكُمْ، قَالَ مُحَمَّدٌ: وَأَحْسِبُهُ قَالَ: وَأَعْرَاضَكُمْ عَلَيْكُمْ حَرَامٌ، كَحُرْمَةِ يَوْمِكُمْ هَذَا، فِي بَلَدِكُمْ هَذَا، فِي شَهْرِكُمْ هَذَا، ‌وَسَتَلْقَوْنَ ‌رَبَّكُمْ فَسَيَسْأَلُكُمْ عَنْ أَعْمَالِكُمْ، أَلَا فَلَا تَرْجِعُوا بَعْدِي ضُلَّالاً يَضْرِبُ بَعْضُكُمْ رِقَابَ بَعْضٍ، أَلَا لِيُبَلِّغِ الشَّاهِدُ الْغَائِبَ،...»

“So your blood, your properties, (The sub-narrator Muhammad said, 'I think the Prophet (ﷺ) also said: And your honor..) are sacred to one another like the sanctity of this day of yours, in this city of yours, in this month of yours; and surely, you will meet your Lord, and He will ask you about your deeds. Beware! Do not become infidels after me, cutting the throats of one another. It is incumbent on those who are present to convey this message (of mine) to those who are absent.” [Narrated by Al-Bukhari].
