The Child Rights Law is a Tyrannical Law that Aims to Kidnap our Children from their Families and Religion to the Arms of the Secular State and Western Civilization

The House of Representatives referred the draft Child Rights Law for the year 2022, sent by the government, to a joint committee that includes the Women and Family Affairs Committee and the Legal Committee.

Minister of State for Legal Affairs Wafaa Bani Mustafa said that Jordan has initially reservations on Articles 14/20/21 of the Convention on the Rights of the Child related to the right to change of religion and adoption. She also added, during a legislative session of the House of Representatives to discuss the draft child rights law, that "the government took into account the Jordanian privacy in drafting the texts of the draft. And as stated with the compelling reasons, this is a commitment to the constitutional amendments approved by the House of Representatives, which talk about protecting motherhood, childhood and old age from all forms of abuse and exploitation, and also a commitment from Jordan to fulfill its international obligations related to the Convention on the Rights of the Child of 2006.” Ayman Al Mufleh, Minister of Social Development, said in a statement to "Al-Ghad" that "the adoption of the draft law by the Council of Ministers is a strong boost regarding Jordan's international obligations," noting that "the implementation of the law will entail additional financial costs to the treasury."

The Child Rights Law, which the regime in Jordan seeks to pass through the House of Representatives in its discussion of the draft prepared by the government in response to international demands, leaves no room for doubt that the regime wants to exclude the remaining rulings of Islamic Sharia and related social system that the Islamic Ummah has lived through for more than 14 centuries since the Kafir West colonizing its countries and organizations and realizing that it was not able to eliminate the Islamic faith from the minds and hearts of Muslims, it took an approach that is not new to the Ummah and is not hidden from those who are aware of it, when it instructed the rulers of subordination and submission, the scholars of evil and the secular in Muslim countries to undertake these tasks in the war against Islam and its creed and its legal rulings, and the rest of the legal rulings related to the family that Allah and His Messenger fortified, after it failed in this, as the Ummah categorically rejects everything that is issued by it and its organizations.

It took the regime’s government about twenty years of fear, shame and preparation for public opinion, to make up its mind to commit its crime by presenting this colonial project that is contrary not only to Islam, but to human nature, to submit it to the House of Representatives for approval, after adding cosmetic modification frills to it to make it appear acceptable to people, and after recent constitutional amendments that paved the way for the progress of this project.

We are not going to discuss the ruling of this draft Child Law in detail, as it is rejected from its basis, as a whole, and as a source. Its source and basis is Western civilization; with its capitalist ideology, which bequeathed the world unlimited misery, it was their family and child laws that made more than 70% of the people in the West are the children of fornication and incest, and produced disobedient youths to their fathers and teachers, and made men and women who put their fathers and mothers in nursing homes. Therefore, this law, as in Western countries, permits the extortion and kidnapping of children from their families, if not physically, then mentally and psychologically to alienate them from their upright religion, in an attempt to perpetuate the abhorrent capitalist ideology that sanctified individuality and made personal benefit a measure of all actions, until the family was severed, so that people in the West no longer think of marriage and childbearing, but resort to adultery and perversion to satisfy their bestial desires, without thinking about children and starting a family.

The issue is not with reservations about some articles of the law, as the Minister of State for Legal Affairs and some of the opposition deputies said, nor is it that some of the articles contained in it clash with Islamic creed and values, as one of the representatives said, nor that the law takes into account Islamic law, values, customs and traditions of Jordan, nor is it the feeling that there is no Islamic law when reading this law, not even that there are negative and positive things in the words of another deputy. Rather, the issue is basically the exclusion of Islam and its rulings from life, and the lack of discussion of laws related to rights in terms of the rights and duties legislated by Islam and starting from Islam in the search for the requirements of laws with legal evidences on the basis of Islam.

The Islamic creed is the basis of the lives of Muslims in their legislation and regulations, and it contradicts in its foundation and details the civilization of the Kafir West; including the laws of children’s rights and women’s rights, where there is a complete contradiction, the least of which is that Islam does not consider the person who has reached puberty to be a child. For he is responsible and accountable for his actions, and he must be brought up on this basis. Islamic personalities who were raised upon the Holy Qur’an and the honorable Sunnah have become great leaders at the age of eighteen, or even less. Islam permits engagement and marriage under the age of 18, while the Child Law prohibits this and it is invalid. Islam satisfies the instincts with the halal (lawful), and forbids sexual relations between children and others, and Islam has made the right of education, responsibility and raising children according to Islam and the rulings of Islam to their parents, and Allah (swt) will hold them accountable for this education. Allah (swt) says:

(يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا قُوا أَنفُسَكُمْ وَأَهْلِيكُمْ نَاراً وَقُودُهَا النَّاسُ وَالْحِجَارَةُ)

“O believers! Protect yourselves and your families from a Fire whose fuel is people and stones, overseen by formidable and severe angels, who never disobey whatever Allah orders—always doing as commanded” [TMQ At-Tahreem:6].

Among the interpretations of the articles of these laws, for example, freedom of association with others means the legitimization of friendship with the foreigner, freedom of expression is what produces a generation of disobedient and transgressors to their religion, and freedom of thought and religion is what the law protects children who apostate from their religion from any punishment, and the clause “A child shall not be subjected to arbitrary or unlawful interference with his privacy, family home, or correspondence,” meaning that a child may be taken away from his parents because they do not deal well with him as is the case in the West.

The research is purely political and is related to the dictates of the West on the influential in Muslim countries in its colonial war and the intellectual and cultural invasion in keeping Islam away from all aspects of life and imposing a system of Western values where it takes women’s rights and children’s rights as a pretext to reach its goals. Specifically, they are working to tighten their grip on our thinking by turning to children under the pretext of protecting them, and deluding people into protecting their children with such laws through media highlighting of individual horrific incidents of sexual assault and exaggerated physical punishments that amount to murder, in addition to family neglect, which are incidents produced by the secular regime itself applicable in the country.

The results of the International Children’s Rights Law, agreed upon by the rulers of the capitalist West with those in charge of the work of the United Nations, and approved by the countries of the world except for America, are present before the eyes of human beings in the whole world. Children are killed by the hundreds of thousands in fabricated wars against political interests daily, and they are killed by famine due to economic crises because of the US dollar, and they are killed by the organ trade, which has become a global trade that is not prevented by borders or governments, and their dignity is violated by the trade in the bodies of children in prostitution and sexual exploitation of children...

O People...O Muslims:

Humanity today, and Muslims in particular, must work to change the ruling systems that are based in their countries on corrupt and miserable man-made laws and constitutions, to change them to rule by what Allah (swt) has revealed in a Khilafah (Caliphate) that has ruled with justice for all human beings for hundreds of years, in which the applicable laws are the rulings of Islam, governed by a Muslim Khalifah (Caliph) according to the law of Allah similar to the Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him, so when talking about “the rights of the child,” we have to search for the legal rulings related to the child that guarantee him his legitimate rights that were defined by the Creator, the Mighty and Sublime, in Islam. He is the Knower of His creation, the All-Knowing of what they need and what they benefit from. Allah (swt) says:

(أَلا يَعْلَمُ مَنْ خَلَقَ وَهُوَ اللَّطِيفُ الْخَبِيرُ) “How could He not know His Own creation? For He ˹alone˺ is the Most Subtle, All-Aware” [TMQ Al-Mulk: 14].

On this basis, we ask you to stand up to prevent the representatives from passing such a law altogether. The issue is not to reserve some articles of the law in order to improve its image and acceptance among the people. Rather, the issue is to reject it altogether, in addition to other international laws based on Kufr, which abuse your children and violate your honor. Moreover, it angers Allah Almighty. Allah (swt) says:

(أَلَمْ تَرَ إِلَى الَّذِينَ يَزْعُمُونَ أَنَّهُمْ آمَنُوا بِمَا أُنزِلَ إِلَيْكَ وَمَا أُنزِلَ مِن قَبْلِكَ يُرِيدُونَ أَن يَتَحَاكَمُوا إِلَى الطَّاغُوتِ وَقَدْ أُمِرُوا أَن يَكْفُرُوا بِهِ وَيُرِيدُ الشَّيْطَانُ أَن يُضِلَّهُمْ ضَلَالاً بَعِيداً)

“Have you ˹O Prophet˺ not seen those who claim they believe in what has been revealed to you and what was revealed before you? They seek the judgment of false judges, which they were commanded to reject. And Satan ˹only˺ desires to lead them farther away.” [TMQ An-Nisa: 60].
