True Change Can Only Come from a Project that Stems from the Ummah's Aqeedah. Who Has It?
(Translated)

The Islamic Ummah has lived for a century in humiliation and degradation, fragmentation and division, and dependence on major countries. This is due to the actions of the Ruwabidha (incompetent ignorant) rulers who do not respect any kin or covenant, who only care about remaining on their crooked seats (of power), implementing the plans of the Kafir countries in our lands to tighten their control over us and plunder our wealth. They stood against everyone who opposed or disagreed with them, or tried to change them, and subjected them to imprisonment, torture, murder, and violation of sanctities. Bashar al-Assad and his criminal regime is not the last of them, whose crimes against its people were revealed by recent events in Syria, crimes that are shameful and repel those with sound nature.

The Ummah has carried out many revolutions for change, but none of them succeeded. The Arab Spring revolutions, which erupted strongly in a number of Muslim countries, were successfully controlled by the kafir countries and diverted from their course. Now the revolution of Ash-Sham has succeeded in getting rid of Bashar al-Assad and his family, but the question is: Did the people of Ash-Sham get rid of his regime? And did they put in place a real project for change?

True change in your countries, O Muslims, can only come about through a project that stems from your Islamic Aqeedah (creed). By it, you establish the law of your Lord and carry His message to the people. You will please your Lord, and by it, you will regain your authority, reclaim your wealth, preserve your lives and honor, and attain the honor and dignity that you have lost since the destruction of the Khilafah (Caliphate). You will liberate what has been occupied in your countries, expel your enemies, and prevent them from controlling you. This project requires two conditions for whoever carries it and seeks to implement it: sincerity and political awareness. He must be sincere to Allah (swt) His Messenger (saw) and the Ummah. He must not seek to please anyone except Allah (swt), and he must not sell his Deen or his Ummah for a small, fleeting gain. And to possess the political awareness that prevents him from being dragged behind the plans and plots of the major countries, and not being fooled by their political tricks and games, and not accepting anything but implementing the project emanating from the Ummah’s Aqeedah, no matter what difficulties he faces, and no matter what conspiracies they plot against him.

Hizb ut Tahrir is the pioneer who does not lie to its people, and he is the one who has this project that stems from your Aqeedah; the project of the second Khilafah Rashida (Rightly-Guided Caliphate) on the method of the Prophethood. It is characterized by pure sincerity to Allah (swt) to His Messenger (saw)and to the Ummah. It has sacrificed and continues to sacrifice to put its project into practice and implementation. It possesses the political awareness with which it exposes the conspiracies of the major countries and their intelligence agencies, and their conspiracies do not deceive it. It does not accept giving up even a small part of this project, even if the whole world stands in its way.

The project of Hizb ut Tahrir is the project of the Khilafah Rashidah (Rightly-Guided Caliphate) on the method of the Prophethood, the one the Messenger of Allah (saw) gave its glide-tidings.
