"Spokesman for the PA Security Services lie about the Khilafah "Caliphate" Conference"

Dr. Maher Al-Jabari, Member of the Media Office of Hizb ut Tahrir in Palestine, said that the statements of the PA Security Services spokesman, ad-Dheimiri, about the illegality of the Khilafah "Caliphate" Conference in Ramallah is void, and confirmed that the Palestinian Authority was provided with the decision to ban the conference and to take the Aqsa events as a pretext for the ban. He also said that the Security Services worked to restrict the advertising of Conference and arrested the Shabab of the party at the blockades and their homes.

Jabari explained that there is no law to license public activities, but there is a "notice" procedure only, which was done, there has not been any legal problem. Jabari emphasized that the Hizb will address the suppression and prevention by political means and multiple methods will not give up calling for the Khilafah "Caliphate" as an Islamic duty; it can not be stand in front of the PA or American measures. He said that time will reveal our ability to challenge the prevention and repression.

Jabari said that the Shabab of Hizb ut Tahrir were able to hold the Khilafah "Caliphate" Conference in ash-Sham under the impact of explosive barrels of Bashar, to coincide with the conference ban by the PA which sings of fake democracy and human rights in front of donors and international agencies, which claim to have grievances judge under the name of the Independent Commission for Human Rights.
