Hatib bin Abi Balt’a bin Amr bin Umair bin Salama Al-Lakhmi (ra) was a Badri Companion. He entered Islam and migrated to Yathrib along with Muslims, accompanied by Sa’ad bin Khawli, the ally (Mawla) of Hatib. He came to the house of Al-Mundhir bin Muhammed bin Uqbah.

Usman (ra) is one of the ten who was given glad-tidings of Paradise; one of the first five predecessors and one of the six whom the Prophet (saw) died whilst he (saw) was pleased with them.

People highlight the military aspect of Salahuddin's personality, his jihad against the Crusaders in both Egypt and the Levant, his piety, his justice upon the citizens, his mercy and his preparation of the means.
