A Message from Al-Aqsa Mosque to Muslims
(Translated)

Praise be to Allah the Lord of the World, and peace and blessings on the Messenger and upon his family and companions and those who follow him,

O Muslims... O Who fast... O the Allies of Allah,

Ramadan carries to you its good and righteousness ...

carries to you winds of Badr and Ain Jalout... winds of victory, glory and empowerment ...

carries to you evidence of guidance and criterion, He (swt) says:

(شَهْرُ رَمَضَانَ الَّذِي أُنْزِلَ فِيهِ الْقُرْآنُ هُدًى لِلنَّاسِ وَبَيِّنَاتٍ مِنَ الْهُدَى وَالْفُرْقَانِ)

“The month of Ramadhan [is that] in which was revealed the Qur'an, a guidance for the people and clear proofs of guidance and criterion” [Al-Baqara: 185].

Yes ... it is the criterion (Al-Furqan) which differentiates between Truth and Falsehood ... It is Al-Furqan, which we are commanded to carry and to deliver its provisions to distinguish between the believers and the disbelievers ... It is Al-Furqan, which differentiates between the truthful and the hypocrites...

As we invite you to Al-Furqan ... we invite you to the sincerity of faith ... and the sincerity of the call to Allah ... and to the sincerity of abiding by the provisions of Allah ....

(يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا اتَّقُوا اللَّهَ وَكُونُوا مَعَ الصَّادِقِين)

“O you who have believed, fear Allah and be with those who are true.” [At-Tauba: 119]

O Muslims:

From the Al-Aqsa Mosque we call out to you by the words of Almighty Allah:

(يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا اسْتَجِيبُوا لِلَّهِ وَلِلرَّسُولِ إِذَا دَعَاكُمْ لِمَا يُحْيِيكُمْ وَاعْلَمُوا أَنَّ اللَّهَ يَحُولُ بَيْنَ الْمَرْءِ وَقَلْبِهِ وَأَنَّهُ إِلَيْهِ تُحْشَرُونَ)

“O you who have believed, respond to Allah and to the Messenger when he calls you to that which gives you life. And know that Allah intervenes between a man and his heart and that to Him you will be gathered” [Al-Anfal: 24]

From the land of Israa’ of the Messenger of Allah we address you ... by the words of Almighty Allah,

أَلَمْ يَأْنِ لِلَّذِينَ آمَنُوا أَنْ تَخْشَعَ قُلُوبُهُمْ لِذِكْرِ اللَّهِ وَمَا نَزَلَ مِنَ الْحَقِّ وَلَا يَكُونُوا كَالَّذِينَ أُوتُوا الْكِتَابَ مِنْ قَبْلُ فَطَالَ عَلَيْهِمُ الْأَمَدُ فَقَسَتْ قُلُوبُهُمْ وَكَثِيرٌ مِنْهُمْ فَاسِقُونَ

“Has the time not come for those who have believed that their hearts should become humbly submissive at the remembrance of Allah and what has come down of the truth? And let them not be like those who were given the Scripture before, and a long period passed over them, so their hearts hardened; and many of them are defiantly disobedient” [Al-Hadid: 16]

From the Blessed Land we awaken your resolve to carry the call of Islam and establish the rule of Allah on Earth.

From the first of the two Qiblahs we call for the support of your armies to establish the Khilafah "Caliphate" and crawl to the Blessed Land to liberate it from abomination of the Jews...

From Jerusalem we address our people in Egypt and Ash-Sham ..., Pakistan and Bangladesh ... we address our people in Turkey and Indonesia ... we address our people in Iraq, Iran, Yemen and the Hijaz... and Muslims in all corners of the Earth.

We address you all with pain tightens our hearts and our hope in you ... to answer the call of Allah ... to respond to the Messenger of Allah... Renounce the rulers of At-Taghoot... and Reject the malicious projects of the west ... Hold to the rope of Allah ... for the Islamic brotherhood unite you and the rulers of At-Taghoot disunite you, ... the Deen of Allah unifies you and the devil’s allies separate your unity ...

This is a call of truth between your midst ... This is a call of Hizb ut Tahrir calling for your support, Will you therefore answer the call? ... Will you be respondents?

Dear beloved in Allah ...

Verily We invite you to the words of Allah,

شَرَعَ لَكُمْ مِنَ الدِّينِ مَا وَصَّى بِهِ نُوحًا وَالَّذِي أَوْحَيْنَا إِلَيْكَ وَمَا وَصَّيْنَا بِهِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ وَمُوسَى وَعِيسَى أَنْ أَقِيمُوا الدِّينَ وَلَا تَتَفَرَّقُوا فِيهِ كَبُرَ عَلَى الْمُشْرِكِينَ مَا تَدْعُوهُمْ إِلَيْهِ اللَّهُ يَجْتَبِي إِلَيْهِ مَنْ يَشَاءُ وَيَهْدِي إِلَيْهِ مَنْ يُنِيبُ

“He has ordained for you of religion what He enjoined upon Noah and that which We have revealed to you, [O Muhammad], and what We enjoined upon Abraham and Moses and Jesus – to establish the religion and not be divided therein.

Difficult for those who associate others with Allah is that to which you invite them. Allah chooses for Himself whom He wills and guides to Himself whoever turns back [to Him].” [Ash-Shura:13]

We invite you to establish the Deen ... And there is no way to establish it without the establishment of Khilafah "Caliphate" (Caliphate) on the method of Prophethood that the Messenger of Allah (saw) gave us its glad tidings ...

Trust in Allah the Powerful, the Exalted in Might.... for there is no call of truth germinated in the Ummah except Allah grants victory from Him...

(وَلَقَدْ أَرْسَلْنَا مِنْ قَبْلِكَ رُسُلًا إِلَى قَوْمِهِمْ فَجَاءُوهُمْ بِالْبَيِّنَاتِ فَانْتَقَمْنَا مِنَ الَّذِينَ أَجْرَمُوا وَكَانَ حَقًّا عَلَيْنَا نَصْرُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ)

“And We have already sent messengers before you to their peoples, and they came to them with clear evidences; then We took retribution from those who committed crimes, and incumbent upon Us was support of the believers”. [Ar-Rum:47]

Trust in Allah the Exalted in Might, Worthy of all Praise, as we proclaim the victory of Allah ... Khilafah "Caliphate" on the method of Prophethood that establishes the Haq (the truth) and rules among the people by Al-Furqan... And do not be intimidated by the might of the disbelievers, the power of Allah over their power ... Allah has related to you the news of the messengers and their people so that you take warning, He (swt) says:

)أَفَلَمْ يَسِيرُوا فِي الْأَرْضِ فَيَنْظُرُوا كَيْفَ كَانَ عَاقِبَةُ الَّذِينَ مِنْ قَبْلِهِمْ دَمَّرَ اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِمْ وَلِلْكَافِرِينَ أَمْثَالُهَا * ذَلِكَ بِأَنَّ اللَّهَ مَوْلَى الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا وَأَنَّ الْكَافِرِينَ لَا مَوْلَى لَهُمْ(

“Have they not traveled through the land and seen how was the end of those before them? Allah destroyed [everything] over them, and for the disbelievers is something comparable. That is because Allah is the protector of those who have believed and because the disbelievers have no protector.” [Muhammad: 10-11]

Indeed, Allah is our protector ... and they have no protector ...

O Allah, make this good reach the Muslims, and open their hearts by it and to it.

O Allah make us among your best servants and supporters, the ones You have chosen to establish Your Deen on earth.

O Allah, support the carriers of your Dawah with your aid ... and make them loved by Muslims and make Muslims love them.

O Allah, we ask you in this holy month, in this blessed day, in this blessed time to unite the ranks of Muslims, gather their word and support us by them and with them and take our hands and their hands to the establishment of your Deen and the arbitration of your rule under a rightly guided Khilafah "Caliphate" on the method of Prophethood.

O Allah, we ask you a rightly guided Khilafah "Caliphate" (Caliphate) on the method of Prophethood that will implement the Deen and liberate Al-Aqsa Mosque and other Muslim lands of the abomination of the usurpers.

O Allah, forgive us and all of the Muslims, men and women, living and dead... and grant us the company of your Messenger ... Ameen...
