In a humiliating move and a new crime, The Council of Ministers of the Palestinian Authority (PA) issued a decision on 23/2/2016, allowing the hostile Russians, the representatives of the so called Russian Mission for the Moscow patriarchate, the ownership of a land area of ​​more than 73 dunm from the Waqf land of the companion Tamim Ad-Dari in the center of Hebron, comprising graves of the Mujahid family and Mujahideen from Turkey.

It is a crime against the land that was made Waqf by the Messenger of Allah (saw) and was protected afterwards by Muslims, generation after generation; it is a crime that exposed the audacity of the PA against the will of the Messenger of Allah (saw) states:

«بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم، هذا كتاب من محمد رسول الله، لتميم بن أوس الداري، أن له قرية حبرى وبيت عينون، قريتها كلها سهلها وجبلها وماءها وحرثها وأنباطها وبقرها، ولعقبه من بعده، لا يحاقه فيها أحد، ولا يلجه عليهم أحد بظلم فمن ظلمهم أو أخذ من أحد منهم شيئا، فعليه لعنة الله والملائكة والناس أجمعين»

“In the name of Allah the Beneficent and Merciful, this is a letter from Muhammad the Messenger of Allah (saw), to Tamim bin Aws Ad-Dari, that to him belongs the Habre village and Beit Ainun, the whole village, its land, mountain, its water, its cultivation, its core, and its cattle, it will belong to his family after him, no one can claim it, and no one enter it with injustice to them, if anyone is unjust to them or take away anything from it, the curse of Allah and the angels and all the people will be on him” for this crime it deserves the curse of Allah, the angels, and all the people.

The supervisors of Tamim’s Waqf land and dignitaries of tribes and the righteous men in Hebron moved to prevent this crime, but the PA only sided with the enemies of Islam and resorted to acquire the land after failing to build a brick wall around it through the land authority and the judiciary, because the Russians were unable to provide any evidence they can own the land ... but the PA and those behind it should know that the decision of this acquisition is not worth the value of the ink it was written by, it will not be accepted by Muslims and will remain a stigma on the forehead of those who contributed to it.

The PA has always shown defeatism in front of the enemies of Islam and tied their own destiny to them, and became hostile to the people of Palestine and surrendered most of the blessed land to the Jews, and gave the Russians, who are bombing our houses and killing our children in Syria and Chechnya, ownership of the land made as Waqf by the Messenger of Allah (saw). It is an authority that is not ashamed from Allah nor from the worshipers of Allah and the true words of the Messenger of Allah (saw) fit their description:

«إن مما أدرك الناس من كلام النبوة الأولى إذا لم تستح فاصنع ما شئت»...

“The people realized from the words of the first prophecy: if you feel no shame, then do as you wish.”

What adds insolence to the crime, that the PA seniors knew the history of the church missions in selling land to Jews, and they know that Russia has sold all its property of churches and others in 1964 to the Jews in exchange for oranges (the Orange Deal). The PA with its crime today leaves the city of Khalil Ar-Rahman (Hebron) between the hammer and the anvil of the Jewish usurpers and the wanton Russians and, above all, what did the PA do when the Christian Association sold the house of Al Barka to the settlers?

O Scholars ... O Judges in the Shariah courts, You know the status of Tamim Ad-Dari’s Waqf, may Allah be pleased with him in Allah’s Deen, and you know your duty toward this crime, Allah (swt) will account you for your stances, so proclaim the truth and speak to them the words of wisdom

O Muslims ... O Notables… O Righteous Ones in the Blessed Land:

The PA’s crimes against Palestine and its people did not stop, it is an authority that was established to legitimize the occupation and suppression of the people and squander their wealth, and to implement the policies of the enemies of Islam ... and no one in the history of the Muslims dared to do what the PA did. It harasses people in their livelihood and gives them hardship in living with taxes and it opens doors for corruption and the corrupt. Look at the reprehensible actions of the PA toward teachers and the violation of their rights and intimidation with the security services, look into its crimes in its media policy and educational curricula, and the destruction of values ​​and the spread of corruption. It is an authority that cannot be trusted with the land, honour or money.

If the President of the PA is rushing to please Russia the enemy of Allah, then you recite the Book of Allah (swt):

[يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا لَا تَتَّخِذُوا الْيَهُودَ وَالنَّصَارَى أَوْلِيَاءَ بَعْضُهُمْ أَوْلِيَاءُ بَعْضٍ وَمَنْ يَتَوَلَّهُمْ مِنْكُمْ فَإِنَّهُ مِنْهُمْ إِنَّ اللَّهَ لَا يَهْدِي الْقَوْمَ الظَّالِمِينَ * فَتَرَى الَّذِينَ فِي قُلُوبِهِمْ مَرَضٌ يُسَارِعُونَ فِيهِمْ يَقُولُونَ نَخْشَى أَنْ تُصِيبَنَا دَائِرَةٌ فَعَسَى اللَّهُ أَنْ يَأْتِيَ بِالْفَتْحِ أَوْ أَمْرٍ مِنْ عِنْدِهِ فَيُصْبِحُوا عَلَى مَا أَسَرُّوا فِي أَنْفُسِهِمْ نَادِمِينَ]

“O you who have believed, do not take the Jews and the Christians as allies. They are [in fact] allies of one another. And whoever is an ally to them among you - then indeed, he is [one] of them. Indeed, Allah guides not the wrongdoing people * So you see those in whose hearts is disease hastening into [association with] them, saying, "We are afraid a misfortune may strike us." But perhaps Allah will bring conquest or a decision from Him, and they will become, over what they have been concealing within themselves, regretful” [Al-Ma’ida: 51-52]

So rush O Muslims, to the pleasure of Allah (swt), stop the hands of criminals who have taken the Kuffar as friends rather than the believers, and be true to Allah and He (swt) will be true to you, and be a barricade against any attempt to overturn the will of the Messenger of Allah (saw)... and trust in Allah, the Almighty the Powerful, you are able to prevent and stop the PA. It will not reap from its crimes but disgrace in this life and the painful punishment in the Hereafter. Muslims have maintained the Waqf of Tamim Ad-Dari since it was issued by the Messenger of Allah (saw) fourteen centuries ago, and fought all attempts during the British Mandate and the attempts of the Jews after them to take it, and the hostile Russians and Jewish usurpers are the enemies of Islam, there is no difference between them. The wheels of Islam are turning and Allah’s promise of liberation of the Blessed Land and its cleansing is closer.

[وَاللَّهُ غَالِبٌ عَلَى أَمْرِهِ وَلَكِنَّ أَكْثَرَ النَّاسِ لَا يَعْلَمُونَ]

“And Allah is predominant over His affair, but most of the people do not know” [Yusuf: 21].
