The External Syrian Opposition meetings continue in Qatar, after opening in Jordan on 1st November, to examine the competence of the National Council in representing the opposition, or considering its expansion following Hillary Clinton's statement on October 31st 2012, that the National Council on its own is not valid to represent the opposition; and it must include other sectors with it ...

Thus America "suddenly" discovered that the National Council, which it itself produced, is an expired product! In fact, the reason of this move is not its expiration, for the Council as an American product was past its "sell-by date" since its birth. It is very distant from representing the people of Syria. However, America gave this statement because it discovered the increasingly serious talk of Europe (i.e. Britain and France) and their agents, such as Jordan and Qatar, about the disadvantages of the National Council, and the need for it to change. Hence America wanted to block this type of discussion, and to take part of the formation of a new body, giving it a more glittery shiny coating making the exposure of its disadvantages more difficult during this time, unlike the National Council! And later on, a transitional government and a military body would emerge from this body!

In order for America to block the path with heavy boulders, leaving no opening, it decided that the meeting for the emergence of the body should be in a country that, unlike Turkey for example, does not follow it. Rather it sent its followers to travel between Amman and Doha, thus taking the lead regarding the National Council. And it made its puppets excel in these meetings, which began in Jordan and continued in Qatar, the two pillar countries for Europe, in order to prevent European objections to this new body, as it would be born in Qatar! This is despite the fact that the one who designed and decided this body is the same one that designed and decided the National Council, namely America! Thus, the decision was that the Doha conference should discuss the choice of the "new leadership" and these meetings shall continue until the eighth of this month. The initiative of forming this body was given the name of its owner and godfather, i.e. the "Riad Seif Initiative." It is worth mentioning that Riad Seif was a member of Bashar's Parliament for two consecutive terms, meaning he is not a stranger to the regime. On 3rd November writer Michel Kilo said on "Al Arabiya," "We are witnessing the transition from opposition to government ... and the formation of a military body to protect Syria from the chaos of weapons."

O Muslims rebelling in Al-Sham al-Islam:

The picture is clear which we have constantly worked for and remain working to reveal the plans for ash-Sham. It became quite evident that all the devised plans are in reality just plots to contain your revolution and circumvent your firm demand to rule by Islam, establish the law (shar') of Allah and resume the Islamic way of life throughout blessed Sham. They sometimes call you extremists and sometimes militants; indeed Clinton said, with complete arrogance, that she will not let "the extremists steal the revolution," as if the revolution did not originate from the mosques, and as if most of the blood that flowed was not Muslim blood. Even this Riad Seif who has suddenly appeared on the surface of the secular opposition swamp, carrying out a criminal project against you and the land of Islam in Al-Sham, expressed his stance against your Islamic project saying in his statement on the 1st of November, "The emphasis is on establishing a civil, democratic and pluralistic Syria." This is exactly what America has been trying to impose on you since the beginning of the revolution, but you stood in its face with pride and dignity. And you shouted, "Our leader forever is our Prophet Muhammad" and "Oh Allah! We are at your service." The time has come for you to translate these phrases into reality! We asked and still ask this measly opposition starting from Manaf Talas to Riad Hijab and even Riad Seif: What have you brought to your grieving and stricken Ummah? How does the previous regime differ from that which you have brought us? Will your military board be anything other than a replica of the Army of Iraq, which America intended to break the power of the Muslims in Iraq and to humiliate them?

O brave Muslims rebelling in al-Sham of victory and pride:

This is America that openly expresses its enmity to Islam and Muslims which is obvious in every area. It has appeared in Afghanistan and Somalia, and Iraq is not far from you! It now appears in Syria in the ugliest of its forms, as it did in the torture of Muslims in the prisons of Guantanamo, Bagram and Abu Ghraib including secret prisons and rendition flights, along with insulting the Deen of the Muslims during torture. It also appeared in the corrupt laws of America protecting those who attack the Qur'an and the Prophet of Islam salla Allahu alaihi wa alihi wasallam. Here it is now, intending to design your future while Europe runs behind it - satisfied with the America's "generosity" by planning the meeting of the new leadership committee in countries loyal to Europe rather than holding it in its loyal countries such as Turkey. It offered Europe some crumbs in the committee, and thus, Europe was glad just to have saved its skin! America held the active role through its followers and agents, from Erdogan, Ahmadinejad, al-Maliki, all the way to Brahimi!

Whoever scrutinises the objective America and its allies seek in its "revised" old product would find that its future plan for Syria is based on:

- The creation of the new body for the opposition in Doha with America's oversight. For several months, America has been working through secret meetings led by its controversial ambassador, Ford. He asked them in one of his meetings in July of this year to sign a pledge in the event they received the reins of power or some part of it, that they would not implement anything before referring to the U.S. ambassador in Syria! After waiting for the right opportunity to announce that, it has now come!

- The formation of a transitional government made up of personalities belonging to the current Syrian regime, whose hands were not stained with the blood of Muslims according to their claim, and some members of the new body of the opposition. This transitional government would lead the change in the country on the basis laid down by America.

- The formation of a military body to protect the achievements of the American transitional government by adopting a new constitution whose clauses are based on the recognition of democracy and separation of religion from government, and thus from life. It is also to strike any military organization and the Islamic opposition which presents the rule of Allah as a radical solution to what is happening in Syria, who is accused of terrorism and extremism, and after employing the loyal media against the loyal, truthful rebels.

Such an "opposition" which prostrates to America instead of Allah is not from your type. And they did not understand that you will never kneel to other than Allah. They would rather put themselves in the same trench as the murderous regime and its American masters. So it is now a two-horse race:

One is of Islam that carries the Islamic method based on the rule of Allah ta'aala alone, represented in the establishment of the Islamic Khilafah "Caliphate", which America is fighting fiercely, along with Europe, Russia China and their puppets, while they label the Islamic project with the most severe epithets.

And one is of the Western project, based on man-made law, which America rides and wants to use to keep the Syrian regime in place, simply changing its face. The evidence of this is apparent through the names that are circulated as leaders for this transition stage. It also appears in the intention to maintain the military leaders and the murderous security agencies... America and Europe make war with Allah, and they want to put out the light of His Deen with this project.

O Muslims in injured Syria:

Hizb-ut Tahrir / Syria is a part of you and belongs to you, as an honest advisor with the will of Allah. America is gathering its forces to execute the success of its plan. So beware and declare your outright refusal of its plan and the new opposition which America intends to announce at the appointed time. And know that those whom it will announce at the Doha meeting or after that are its new agents who will be a continuation of the criminal Bashar regime, so be on the lookout for them. And declare clearly that you do not accept other than the Glorious Book of Allah and the Sunnah of His Messenger (salla Allahu alaihi wa sallam) as a constitution for your life; and that there is no truth and nor justice except with them. And that no one will represent you except the Khaleefah of the Muslims. This is the best response you can give to America, its allies and its initiative, and to the new opposition and its depravity. Contemplate with us the words of Allah:

((يُرِيدُونَ أَنْ يُطْفِئُوا نُورَ اللَّهِ بِأَفْوَاهِهِمْ وَيَأْبَى اللَّهُ إِلَّا أَنْ يُتِمَّ نُورَهُ وَلَوْ كَرِهَ الْكَافِرُونَ * هُوَ الَّذِي أَرْسَلَ رَسُولَهُ بِالْهُدَى وَدِينِ الْحَقِّ لِيُظْهِرَهُ عَلَى الدِّينِ كُلِّهِ وَلَوْ كَرِهَ الْمُشْرِكُونَ))

"They seek to extinguish the light of Allah with their mouths, and Allah refuses everything except that He will perfect His light, howsoever the unbelievers might abhor it. He it is who sent His Messenger with the guidance and the True Religion that He may make it prevail over all religions, even though the Pagans may detest it." [9: 32-33]

The brutal Russian Authorities raided the al-Ikhlas Mosque in Kazan on Wednesday, 01 Dhul Hijjah, 17 October 2012. They searched the mosque and also the house of the Imam Rustom Saifen without a search warrant or due cause. Russian media claimed the raid was done in response to allegations of ties to Hizb-ut Tahrir.

Egypt's New Pope Opposes Religious Constitution:

Egypt's new Coptic Pope said on Monday the constitution now being drafted will not be acceptable if it is overtly religious, a sign he would campaign with his Christian minority and secular groups against increasing Islam's role in the new charter. In an interview aired Monday, a day after he was selected Patriarch of Egypt's Coptic Church; Pope Tawadros II said the uprising that toppled President Hosni Mubarak last year has opened the way for a larger Coptic public role. He said as pope, he will encourage the Christian community to participate more in political and public life, as well as elections. He charged that the country's Christian minority has been "intentionally" marginalized for years. "After tens of years of marginalization and fake democracy, this has made some Copts isolated," he said in the interview aired on the private TV station ONTV. "This is changing bit by bit, and it will take time. It needs encouraging, and so long as society is fair, and democracy is built fairly, you will see participation." Tawadros said Egypt's richness lies in its cultural mix between Muslims and Christians. Tawadros appeared to addressing his wary community about the rising political power of Islamists. A series of violent attacks on churches and a crackdown on freedom of worship and expression have caused them to worry about their future.

Turkey Seeks NATO Deployment of Patriot Missiles on Syria Border:

Turkey will make an official request to its NATO partners to deploy Patriot missiles along its border with Syria. The surface-to-air missiles will be able to shoot down aircraft up to 160 kilometers away. The request will be made "imminently," a senior Turkish Foreign Ministry official told the media. Patriot is a long-range, all-weather; all-altitude system designed to counter tactical ballistic missiles, cruise missiles and advanced aircraft. The possibility of enforcing a no-fly zone in Syria, where rebel fighters would be protected from attacks by the government's air force, has been on the table for some time despite NATO's reluctance to intervene in the Syrian conflict without a mandate from the UN Security Council. The Patriot missile deployment is one of several scenarios currently being considered, the official said. Plans for the deployment were put on hold pending the results of the US election, the source explained, speaking on condition of anonymity because of ministry prohibitions on speaking with the media. The official said that any missile deployment might happen under a "NATO umbrella," although NATO maintains it will not intervene without a clear UN mandate. Tensions between Turkey and Syria escalated in October, when shells coming from Syria landed in the Turkish border town of Akcakale, killing five civilians. Turkey retaliated for several days. At least ten Syrian troops were reportedly killed by Turkish fire. Turkey previously requested the deployment of the Patriot system during the first and second Iraq wars. In both cases, deployments were carried out by the Netherlands - one of the few NATO members equipped with the system.

UAE to become Militarily Dependent on the UK:

The PM has been in the Gulf to strengthen the UK's defence, security and commercial ties in the region. No 10 said the two countries had agreed "a defence industrial partnership" involving "close collaboration" on the Typhoon jet. A Downing Street spokesman said it was a "step in the right direction" and collaboration would also take place around "a number of new technologies." Britain is looking to sell Typhoon jets to Dubai and Saudi Arabia, despite allegations of human rights abuses. Speaking ahead of the announcement, Mr Cameron told the BBC he would make "absolutely no apologies" for talking to the UAE and Saudi Arabia about "defence partnerships." "Their security is important for our security and this is vital for British jobs," he said. Since arriving in the UAE, Mr Cameron has attended trade shows and held behind-the-scenes discussions with rulers and business leaders, in what is one of the richest countries in the world. Mr Cameron told the BBC: "There's nothing off limits in any of these relationships and we discuss human rights and we discuss all of these concerns. "But I do think we should recognise the difference between different countries, we shouldn't lump all countries together and say it's exactly the same situation in Libya, Syria and Bahrain. That is not the case." He said it was important to respect the "different pathways" of different countries and show understanding. It is Mr Cameron's second visit to the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia as prime minister. No 10 says the UK is looking to sell about 100 Typhoon jets to the UAE and Saudi Arabia as well as building closer defence and security ties.

Assad's Henchmen Stealing Medical Aid and Leaving Patients to Die:

A medical aid group said on Wednesday, Syrian troops are seizing foreign aid and reselling it or channeling it towards government loyalists, putting millions of lives at risk. "When the regime attacks one of our medical facilities, whether it's a hospital or something else, they load up everything they can carry, and they burn the rest," said Tawfik Chamaa, a Geneva-based doctor and spokesman for the Union of Syrian Medical Relief Organizations (UOSSM). "They take as much as they can, and that just depends on how many soldiers they have, but most of the time they resell it on the black market," he told a news briefing in Geneva. The International Committee of the Red Cross and the U.N. World Food Programme (WFP), global aid agencies with a presence in Syria, said two specific allegations that Chamaa made about other foreign aid being diverted were unsubstantiated. But the ICRC said it was treating them "very seriously" and following them up with the UOSSM and Syrian authorities. The UOSSM, a volunteer grouping of about 15 medical and relief organisations and hundreds of doctors of Syrian origin, has existed on a budget of about 3 million euros ($3.9 million) since being founded in Paris in January. Chamaa said that amount was "derisory" compared to Syria's estimated annual health needs of $3 billion. The UOSSM was not calling for a halt to aid via official channels but wanted it to be given on condition that it went directly to the people who need it, he said. The UOSSM also wanted secure zones for health care set up across the country to allow aid to be distributed safely. "The Syrian diaspora is sending billions out of their own pockets to support the population within Syria. But then it stops being tracked and so inside the country we don't know where the international aid is going," he said. "We have people dying in their homes from all these conditions, through a lack of health care, simply because they can't get out and get help, even if they can afford it. And this is not included in the statistics that you hear on a daily basis, of 150-200 dead. They are dying in silence." As an example of aid going missing, he said 90-95 supply sets sent to the Syrian Arab Red Crescent (SARC) centre in Damascus were used to benefit Syrian authorities and soldiers.
