1. The Martyrdom of Ismael Haniya is a Reminder to the Ummah to Mobilize Its Armies

The Jewish entity martyred Ismael Haniya in Iran on 30 July, in brazen defiance of the Ummah and its armies. His martyrdom is a reminder to the Ummah and its armies of the duty to liberate Al Masjid Al Aqsa. The Ummah must demand that its armies uproot the criminal rulers that prevent open war against the Zionist entity. The armies must grant their Nussrah to Hizb ut Tahrir for the re-establishment of the Khilafah Rashidah, which will avenge the Muslim blood spilled in Gaza, Yemen, Syria and Iran. Allah (swt) said, وَلَا تَحْسَبَنَّ الَّذِينَ قُتِلُوا فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ أَمْوَاتًا بَلْ أَحْيَاءٌ عِنْدَ رَبِّهِمْ يُرْزَقُونَ "Never think of those martyred in the cause of Allah as dead. In fact, they are alive with their Lord, well provided for." [TMQ Surah Aali-Imran 3:169]

2. The Khilafah Will Rescue the Muslim World from Debt by Abolishing Riba (Interest)

On 28 July 2024, the Finance Minister said, “We have no more choice of doing what we have been doing in the past for short-term relief and objectives.” What has been done in the past has not worked, because Riba (interest) ensures Pakistan remains in the debt trap. The total debt outstanding between 1990-2000 was $15,451 billion, even though the same period the total amount repaid was $36,111 billion.  As of December 2023, Pakistan’s total external debt was $131.159 billion. Pakistan’s total debt reached a record level as of May 2024. Clearly, the interest payments in debt servicing do not allow Pakistan to escape from growing debt. However, there is a choice. The Muslims must re-establish Khilafah Rashidah which will abolish the sin of Riba (Interest).

3. The Khilafah Rashidah Will Avenge the Martyrs of the Blessed Lands

On 31 July 2024, Pakistan’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated, “Pakistan condemns the assassination of Ismail Haniyeh, the Chief of the Political Bureau of Hamas in Tehran.” The rulers of Muslims are issuing hollow condemnations, while the Zionist enemy is actively violating the land, blood and honor of Muslims. The Prophet ﷺ mobilized military force to expel the Jewish tribe of Qaynuqa, after they violated the honor of a single Muslim woman and martyred a single Muslim man. The Khilafah (Caliphate) on the Method of Prophethood will mobilize the armies and mujahideen to fight the kuffar until their Fitnah is removed. Allah (swt) said, وَقَـٰتِلُوهُمۡ حَتَّىٰ لَا تَكُونَ فِتۡنَةࣱ وَیَكُونَ ٱلدِّینُ كُلُّهُ “And fight against them until there is no more oppression and all Deen is devoted to Allah Alone.” [TMQ Surah Al-Anfaal 8:39]

4. The Government Will Not Cancel Agreements with Independent Power Producers (IPPs) Even It Causes Political Instability

 On 31 July, 2024, the Federal Interior Minister stated, "Everyone has reservations regarding IPPs and the PM has initiated consultation process for the resolution of this issue." The government is addressing the electricity crisis within the framework of the capitalist system. In capitalism, when a segment of the elite accumulates significant wealth, the solution is to redistribute some of their profits to the public, either by reducing their profits temporarily or by offering subsidies. This approach allows the capitalist system to survive and continue. There is no need for consultation since Islam provides a clear Shariah ruling regarding energy, designating it as public property to be managed by the state. According to this Shariah ruling, the proceeds from the energy sector must be used solely for public needs, and its privatization is illegal.

5. Liberation of Occupied Kashmir is a Shariah Obligation Upon Pakistan’s Armed Forces

            Five years after revoking Occupied Kashmir’s special autonomous status on 5 August, 2019, Indian security forces continue to carry out repressive policies, including arbitrary detention, extrajudicial killings, and other serious abuses. However, in accordance with the orders of their American masters, the rulers of Pakistan restrain our armed forces, giving the cowardly Hindu soldiers the opportunity to spread Fitnah on Islamic Land. Allah (swt) said, وَٱقۡتُلُوهُمۡ حَيۡثُ ثَقِفۡتُمُوهُمۡ وَأَخۡرِجُوهُم مِّنۡ حَيۡثُ أَخۡرَجُوكُمۡۚ وَٱلۡفِتۡنَةُ أَشَدُّ مِنَ ٱلۡقَتۡلِۚ  “And kill them wherever you overtake them and expel them from wherever they have expelled you, and fitnah is worse than killing.” (TMQ Surah al-Baqarah 2:191). The Ummah and its armies must uproot the agent rulers and establish the Khilafah Rashidah. The Khilafah Rashidah will mobilize the armies and mujahdeen to liberate all occupied lands.

Monday, 30 Muharram 1446 AH corresponding to 5 August 2024 CE

6. America Wages War on Gaza with the Assistance of Its Agents Amongst the Rulers of Jews and Muslims

On 2 August 2024, the US Department of Defense announced a deployment of American warships to the Middle East, stating it is, “to increase support for the defense of ‘Israel,’ and to ensure the United States is prepared to respond to various contingencies.” The war in Gaza is not between the Muslims of Palestine and the Jewish entity alone. America supplies the Jewish entity with weapons and funding, without which it would lose. America orders the rulers of Muslims to prevent the armies and mujahideen from defeating the Jewish entity. America increases its military presence when it feels a threat to its agents. It is upon the armies of Muslims, and their mujhadeen, to grant their Nussrah to Hizb ut Tahrir for the re-establishment of the Khilafah Rashidah to defeat the American crusaders.

7. Lesson for the Muslims of Pakistan from the Change in Bangladesh

On 5 August 2024, the Prime Minister of Bangladesh fled to India in a helicopter, after weeks of deadly public protests, backed by elements within the armed forces. Had officers of the army not backed the civilian protestors, there would have been huge bloodshed. The Muslims of Pakistan face no less oppression, misery and humiliation than their Muslim brothers in Bangladesh. The Muslim civilians must raise their voices for the ending of oppression, through the establishment of ruling by all that Allah ﷻ has revealed. The Muslim military officers must give their material support for the establishment of the Khilafah Rashidah. They must give their Bayah of Nussrah to Hizb ut Tahrir, so that the actions for real change can be organized, following the footsteps of the warriors of the Ansaar, under the imarah of the Prophet ﷺ.
