Energy Crises is Due to Embracing the International World Order

The new petrol price will be Rs290.45 per litre from 16 August 2023, after an increase of Rs. 17.50 per litre. Pakistan is consistently facing hikes in fuel prices due to two core reasons. Firstly, Capitalism, which ensures privatization of the petrol industry, devaluation of the local currency, import dependency and oppressive taxation. Secondly, the division of the Ummah into nation states, which means Muslims living in one part of the Islamic World, are deprived of their own resources located in another part of the Islamic World. Islam rejects both capitalism and the division of the Ummah. It declares that energy resources anywhere in any Muslim Land are the public ownership of all Muslims. Thus, the Khilafah (Caliphat) will provide cheap energy by unifying the Muslim Lands and abolishing privatization of the energy sector.

Hundreds of Problems. One solution. Establish the Khilafah (Caliphate) on the Method of Prophethood.

Once again, a petrol bomb was dropped on the people. The Muslims suffer whether this is the result of agreements with the IMF, or a policy of “tough” decision-making by the caretaker government. The division of the lands of Muslims into many states has deprived the majority of the Islamic Ummah of its own oil and gas resources. The Khilafah (Caliphate) on the Method of Prophethood will make Iran's cheap oil, Saudi Arabia's 9 dollar per barrel Brent oil and Qatar's gas available for the entire Islamic World. The Ummah will gain complete control over all of its oil and gas reserves. The Khilafah will ensure the dominance of Islam, using these huge resources for the pleasure of Allah ﷻ.

Pakistan Will Achieve Energy Security Under the Shade of Khilafah

Pakistan has proven oil reserves of 354 million barrels, whilst geological studies indicate shale oil reserves of 27 billion barrels. The government imports more than $17 billion worth of petroleum products. The government is not funding local research into cracking technology to extract shale oil. It is not making revolutionary investments in oil and gas exploration. It carries the corrupt capitalist thinking that only the private sector should invest in energy. The consequence of privatization is that resources worth billions of dollars become the private property of a few companies instead of the public. The Khilafah (Caliphate) on the Method of Prophethood will achieve energy security. It will supervise energy as public property. It will undertake direct investment in the energy sector, whilst unifying the Islamic World that has huge energy reserves.

Khilafah is the Only Way Forward

After the BJP government aligned the Hindu State with American dictation, the US has become the firm ally of the Hindu State. The US has completely changed the old dynamics of the region. The US used to provide support to Pakistan against the Hindu State. Pakistan used to be the most important pawn of the US in the region. No matter how much the government of Pakistan flatters the US, the US strategic goal is to weaken Pakistan and Muslims. O Officers of Pakistan Army! Grant Nussrah for the re-establishment of the Khilafah (Caliphate) on the Method of the Prophethood, which is the only path towards security.

Speaking on the Independence Day of the Hindu State, the Butcher of Gujarat and Indian Prime Minister, Narendra Modi announced the arrival of a new world order. It is with the blessing of the colonialist powers. The Hindu State is to take control of this region. It will take revenge on the Muslims for their millennium of rule. Modi has already started this project. So, what other path do we have other than the establishment of Khilafah (Caliphate)?

The Government Prints Billions of Notes to Stoke the Furnace of Inflation and then Weeps as the People Burn in the Flames

Electricity prices have increased by Rs 18 per unit since July last year. Today electricity, with taxes, is Rs 50 per unit. Petrol prices are touching Rs 300 per liter. The inflation rate is at the highest level in the history of Pakistan. The Pakistani state is responsible for fueling the fires of inflation. It is meeting its budget deficit by printing currency notes. It is at the cost of people committing suicide, killing children, hunger and poverty, as well as deprivation of health and education. Only the currency of the Khilafah on the Method of Prophethood the gold dinar and silver dirham can extinguish the fire of inflation.

Inflation is a Tax that Devalues the Money in People's Pockets

The budget expenditure of the federal government is Rs 14,500 billion. However, the budget income is Rs 9,200 billion. As a result, the State Bank prints currency notes and lends to the commercial banks on interest. The government itself borrows from the banks, at a higher rate of interest. This is how the budget deficit is financed. Whilst the banks profit, the people bear the brunt of these usury transactions. Due to the depreciation of money, goods and services are now more expensive. Inflation is theft from the pockets of the people. The Khilafah (Caliphate) cannot print currency without real gold and silver being available in the reserves, and this is the most important means of preventing inflation.
