The Noble Quran’s Ruling for the Hostile States that Desecrate the Book of Allah ﷻ
Allah ﷻ ordered,
[وَإِن نَّكَثُواْ أَيْمَانَهُم مِّن بَعْدِ عَهْدِهِمْ وَطَعَنُواْ فِي دِينِكُمْ فَقَاتِلُواْ أَئِمَّةَ الْكُفْرِ إِنَّهُمْ لاَ أَيْمَانَ لَهُمْ لَعَلَّهُمْ يَنتَهُونَ]
“And if they renege their pledge after their pact and attack your Deen, then fight the leaders of disbelief, who never honor their pacts, so perhaps they will desist.” [TMQ Surah At-Tawbah: 12]. Thus, Allah ﷻ has ordered us to fight the leaders of the kuffar, who defame our Deen. Are the western capitalist nations, including Sweden, not leaders of kuffar? When there is an order to fight against the leaders of disbelief, then what must be the stance of the Imam that leads the Ummah, towards those who support the desecration of the Book of Allah ﷻ, Lord of all Humanity? None of the tyrants imposed over the lands of the Muslims, who claim to be the leaders of the sons of the Ummah, has the courage to undertake the Quranic ruling on the matter. It is only the Khaleefah, the leader of the Khilafah on the Method of Prophethood, who will hold the leaders of disbelief to account, forcing their evil hands and tongues to fall still.

Pakistan’s Leadership is Failing Because of its Political Thinking is Limited to International Camps and Blocs
On 3 July 2023, Pakistan’s Foreign Minister spoke of “leveraging our strategic location.” However, efforts to prove usefulness to America are futile. American strategic priorities for the region have changed. America is expanding the limits of strategic partnership with India. It is arming India with powerful weaponry, which is a great threat to Pakistan’s security. The Islamic Ummah has the only strategic project to counter the US-India alliance. It is the Khilafah (Caliphate) that unifies Pakistan, Afghanistan and Central Asia, and beyond. It will establish a new world order that ensures the dominance of Islam.

The Joint Statement from the United States and India is a Direct Attack on Pakistan’s Security
On 4 July 2023, Pakistan’s Prime Minister asserted, “The solution to our collective problems lies in working together for regional peace.” However, the regional order that the US is establishing undermines Pakistan’s security. The Joint Statement from the United States and India ensures the provision of India with modern weapons. The military technology given to India will not only be used against China only, but will also target Pakistan. Previously, the batteries of the S-400 missile defense system, sent by Russia, were installed on the borders with Pakistan. The same would be true of military drone technology, which would target “terrorists” within Pakistan. The current political and military leadership would only “condemn” any violation of territorial sovereignty. The only way to counter America’s new regional order is to re-establish the Khilafah (Caliphate) on the Method of Prophethood.

The Terms of FATF Were Demands of the Hindu State, Accepted by Pakistan’s Rulers
It is clear from the Joint Statement from the United States and India that the action points for Pakistan by FATF were demands of the Hindu State. The Hindu State desperately needed the dismantling of the Jihadi structure in Kashmir. As a result, the Indian Army seized Kashmir by force in 2019, without resistance. The military leadership directly took charge of implementing FATF demands to ensure the surrender of Kashmir. Pakistan’s military and political leadership are the facilitators of Modi. The US-India partnership is as much against China, as it is against the Muslims of the region. We have no option but slavery in the present international order. This option is not acceptable to the armed forces and people of Pakistan! It is time to establish a new global order, under the Khilafah (Caliphate) on the Method of Prophethood.

Time for Decision. Subordination to the Hindu State or the Dominance of Islam through the Khilafah.
On 4 July 2023, the Prime Minister condemned India for “diplomatic point-scoring.” However, there is more than mere point scoring taking place. In addition to cooperation on industrial supply chains, and naval and security cooperation regarding the Indo-Pacific, Burma, Pakistan, Taliban and the Ukraine, the US will help India to build drones and jet engines, amongst other advanced military technologies. O Pakistan’s Armed Forces! You must refuse to become a vassal state of India. Confront India, declare a military policy for the liberation of Kashmir and stop the delivery of oil and gas from Muslim Lands to India! You know that a cowardly and pro-American leadership cannot even think of doing that. So, pull the ground from under the feet of these rulers. Grant your Nussrah to Hizb ut Tahrir for the re-establishment of the Khilafah (Caliphate) on the Method of Prophethood.

The Khilafah Will Liberate Occupied Kashmir, Not the United Nations
On 6 July 2023, the Foreign Office stated, “Jammu and Kashmir is an internationally recognized disputed territory, whose final disposition is to be made in accordance with the United Nations Security Council resolutions.” Granting authority to any colonialist institution over the affairs of Muslims, means escaping obedience to the Allah ﷻ. First, the rulers of Pakistan surrendered land, then waters and finally the Muslims of State of Jammu and Kashmir in August, 2019. The colonialist institutions only secure the interests of the major powers. The secular liberal democratic setup is the reason for the violation of human dignity in the Hindu State. Islamic rule ensured peace and prosperity for the regions for centuries. The Khilafah (Caliphate) on the Method of Prophehtood will liberate Occupied Kashmir by Jihad of its armed forces and restore regional peace and prosperity.

The Khilafah Will Sever All Relations with Hostile Nations, Like Russia
On 7 July 2023, a new gateway for trade was erected with the first ever Russian truck crossing into Pakistan. Pakistan’s rulers draw close to Russia, despite its hostility to Muslims. Pakistan’s rulers ignored the barrel bombs and napalm-like substance that Russia hurled on the heads of the believers in Ash-Sham. They pay no heed to the pending reparations that Russia has yet to pay the Islamic Ummah, for the destruction of an entire country, Chechnya, a land of believers. They turned a blind eye to Russia’s support of the hateful crusader Serbs, who slaughtered Muslims and raped the chaste Muslim women. They pay no heed to the crimes committed by Russia against Muslims within Russia itself and in the neighboring states of Central Asia. They also ignore what Russia is committing through its criminal mercenaries in many African and Asian Muslim countries.
