There are No Benches of Judges in the Khilafah’s Islamic Judiciary

An Islamic court enforces Shariah law. Shariah Law is determined by divine evidences, not by majority opinion. Therefore, there is no concept of collective ijtihad in Islam, nor a bench of judges in courts. The decisions of ijtihad by the judiciary are always individualistic. The plaintiff or the petitioner has the right to file a claim in the court of the judge of his choice, among the relevant judges. So the highest court is available to the plaintiff at the very first step. The judge's decision is final and there is no long chain of appeals. Only the Khilafah provides immediate and free justice, through the enforcement of Shariah rulings.

Close Pakistan’s Air Corridor for American Drones

American drones enjoy free movement in “the Boulevard” air corridor. They conduct intelligence and surveillance operations along the tribal regions. They ignite a prolonged war in which our security personnel are martyred. It is in US interests to keep Pakistan Army engaged in tribal area, so that India can focus on China. Close the Boulevard to prevent further loss of life. It is only the Khilafah (Caliphate) on the Method of Prophethood that will do so.

The Khilafah will Exploit American Dependence on Global Supply Chains

America’s National Counterintelligence and Security Center (NCSC) on 3 April repeated its concern about China’s threat to critical global supply chains for American industry. After unification of the vast Muslim World, the Khilafah will exploit this American weakness, by controlling the world's critical sea lanes and strategic minerals, including lithium. The Khilafah will rapidly achieve self-sufficiency in high technology, to benefit both the domestic and the war industry.

O Armed Forces of Pakistan! Is there not One Salahudin Amongst You to Liberate Al-Masjid Al-Aqsa?!

The true path of the army of the believers is before you, irrigated by the sweat and blood of the army of Salahudin (rh). The army of Salahudin first established the unity of the Islamic Ummah under a single Khaleefah, ruling by Islam. Then the army of Salahudin mobilized under the command of the Khaleefah, marching a great distance to earn the honor of liberating Al-Masjid Al-Aqsa. So, must you act now. Toss these pathetic rulers aside, grant your Nussrah for the re-establishment of the Khilafah (Caliphate) on the Method of the Prophethood and raise the takbeers of victory in Al-Masjid Al-Aqsa.

The Most Powerful Weapon of the Islamic Army is its Iman in Allah ﷺ

On 6 April 2023, the US Secretary of Defense stated that the “Afghanistan After Action Review” is “to make our brave troops safer in the future.” In reality, the US troops are far from brave. Despite sophisticated weaponry, their cowardly cling to life crippled their military operations in Iraq and Afghanistan. They were no match for poorly armed civilians, yearning for victory and martyrdom. So, how will they be when they face the mighty trained army of the Khilafah?

It is Jihad under the Khilafah that Restores the Prestige of the Armies

The weakness of the standing of the armies in the eyes of the Muslims has one cause, the absence of Jihad. The Messenger of Allah (saw) warned, مَا تَرَكَ قَوْمٌ الْجِهَادَ إلاّ ذُلّوا “No people abandon Jihad except that they are humiliated.” [Ahmad]. The obstacles before the liberation of Al-Masjid and Al-Aqsa are the current agent Ruwaibadah rulers of the Muslims. The armies of Muslims must uproot them so that they can march to victory under a Khaleefah Rashid.

Electricity Prices Crush the People, Whilst Circular Debt Continues to Rise

Despite the increase in electricity rates by at least Rs 8 per unit, the circular debt has increased by Rs 419 billion. The debt is now Rs 2,671 billion. Muslims are now being forced to limit the use of fans, after limiting the use of air conditioners. After privatization, the power sector is depriving the people, so the private owners can profit. Islam declares the energy sector to be public property. Revenues are for the public, looking after its affairs and securing its interests, and not for the state.
