Hizb ut Tahrir/ Wilayah Jordan: A Stand for the Oppressed
"We will not be accomplices to the corruptors in our silence"

Under the title "A Stand for the Oppressed. We will not be accomplices to the corruptors in our silence" held by the Shabab of Hizb ut Tahrir and the families of the “prisoners of conscience and the word of truth" who are unfairly tried before the State Security Courts in Jordan on Saturday, September 16, 2017 at 11:00 am in Shmeisani - Amman, demanding the release of their children, the dawah carriers, and their brothers and prisoners of opinion and the truth and lift the injustice from them.

The stand was attended by a large crowd of people, and delivered many talks condemning the barbaric manner in which the detention is carried out from destruction of their homes and the intimidation of children and women, and denounces the subsequent humiliation of the detainees and their families.

The chants of the participants were greeted with applause and chants.
- O Security Court! Islam is not the one accused
- Arrest the corrupt and try the corruptors
-and may other chants.

On Wednesday, 13 September, the Jordanian security court issued an unjust verdict on Mr. Saeed Radwan (Abu Imad) for three years on charges of belonging to an illegal association (Hizb ut Tahrir) and undermining the regime. Jordanian Security Court issued an unjust verdict on Mr. Saeed Radwan Abu Imad, one of Hizb ut Tahrir members.

Prior to that, Ibrahim Nasr was sentenced to four years in prison for promoting ISIS, although he admitted that he was one of the Hizb ut Tahrir members and the publications on his page confirm this, and some even precede the establishment of ISIS.
