MEDIA RELEASE: HIZB UT TAHRIR/ INDONESIA TOGETHER WITH SOME ISLAMIC GROUPS HELD PRESS CONFERENCE TO CONDEMN THE SUICIDE BOMB IN THE MOSQUE AT POLICE STATION

Hizb ut Tahrir in Indonesia together with other Islamic groups condemned strongly the Suicide Bomb in a mosque at Police Station. This bomb has injured 27 Moslems praying Jum'ah. Hizb ut Tahrir also rejected opinions that try to link the bombing with any Islamic groups which work for implementing of Sharia because this act is barbaric and really contrary to Islamic teaching. Farther more Hizb ut-Tahrir reminds the rulers not to take this bomb accident as reason to ratify the Controversial Intelligent Bill, sooner because this intelligent bill is believed will re-birth the repressive regime.
