Events marking the Centenary for the Destruction of the Khilafah

With the guidance of the Ameer of Hizb ut Tahrir, Eminent Scholar Ata Bin Khalil Abu al-Rashtah, may Allah protect him, Hizb ut Tahrir has launched a global campaign marking the 100 years in the Hijri calendar since the destruction of the Khilafah State (Caliphate), 28 Rajab Muharram 1442 AH / 2021 CE, and on this page we will cover the activities organized by Hizb ut Tahrir / India as part of the global campaign launched by Hizb ut Tahrir.

Activities of the Shabab of Hizb ut Tahrir in India on the 100th centenary (Hijri) since the destruction of Khilafah

The Shabab of Hizb ut Tahrir in India participated in the global campaign directed by the Honourable Ameer of Hizbut Tahrir, Eminent Scholar, Ata Bin Khalil Abu al-Rashtah (May Allah protect him). On the 100th centenary (Hijri) since the destruction of Khilafah on 28 Rajab 1342 AH, seminars and discussions were held in different parts of India showcasing the cause of Khilafah, its scope, its demise, its obligation and its glad tidings of return in various languages of India. It shall be remembered that the Muslims in India spoke and acted against the British plans to weaken and destroy the Khilafah in Turkey since the last century of Muslim rule in India by Mughals in the 19th century.

On this centenary, the Ummah and Ulema recognized the efforts taken by Hizb ut Tahrir and shared their support for its urgent resumption in the Muslim world, Bidnillah.
