We are reassured by the nasr (victory) of Allah (swt), and by the honor of Islam and the Muslims, and by the return of the Khilafah Rashidah (Rightly-Guided Caliphate), and by fighting the Jews and killing them, and by the conquest of Rome as Constantinople was conquered and became an Abode of Islam “Istanbul” … All of that is in Allah’s Promise and the glad tidings of His Messenger (saw), and it will happen, Allah (swt) willing… However, the Law of Allah (swt), the Almighty, the Wise, mandates that angels will not come down from the heavens to establish for us a Khilafah (Caliphate) and fulfill for us Allah’s powerful promise and the glad tidings of His Messenger (saw) while we sit idle and do nothing. Instead, angels will come to help us while we work diligently and strive, honestly and sincerely… Then Allah (swt) grants us victory (nasr) and success in both abodes, and that great success.

A Message to Our People In Gaza

O you who are steadfast and posted on a battle frontier of the greatest frontiers of Islam: know that the affliction and trial you are undergoing is the road to honor in this world and degrees of elevation in the Hereafter. Allah (swt) is testing you by it to purify you and raise your rank. He (swt) said,

[قُل لَّن يُصِيبَنَا إِلاَّ مَا كَتَبَ اللّهُ لَنَا هُوَ مَوْلاَنَا وَعَلَى اللّهِ فَلْيَتَوَكَّلِ الْمُؤْمِنُونَ]

“Say: Nothing will ever befall us except what Allah has destined for us. He is our Protector.” So in Allah let the believers put their trust” [TMQ Surah At-Tawbah: 51].

Allah (swt) destined what He destined for you, not against you, so that you may increase in reward and steadfastness, and that your banner may be raised among the nations.

Know that there is no calamity that befalls the earth or yourselves except that it was written with Allah (swt) before it came to be, as He, exalted, said,

[مَا أَصَابَ مِن مُّصِيبَةٍ فِي الْأَرْضِ وَلَا فِي أَنفُسِكُمْ إِلَّا فِي كِتَابٍ مِّن قَبْلِ أَن نَّبْرَأَهَا إِنَّ ذَلِكَ عَلَى اللَّهِ يَسِيرٌ]

“No calamity or blessing occurs on earth or in yourselves without being written in a Record before We bring it into being. This is certainly easy for Allah” [TMQ Surah Al-Hadid: 22].

Let your certainty be that what passed you by, was not meant to befall you, and what befell you, was not meant to miss you.

This is a recurring Sunnah (Way) of Allah (swt) in the history of the believers. No people were tested and remained patient except that Allah (swt) granted them the earth. This affair is not far from what happened to the people of Musa (as) when Pharaoh threatened,

[سَنُقَتِّلُ أَبْنَاءهُمْ وَنَسْتَحْيِـي نِسَاءهُمْ وَإِنَّا فَوْقَهُمْ قَاهِرُونَ]

“We will kill their sons and keep their women. We will completely dominate them” [TMQ Surah Al-Araf: 127].

Is this description not today the state of your enemy who targets children and women and thinks that by his power he is capable against you?!

The people of Musa (as), who were exhausted by affliction, as Allah (swt) said,

[قَالُواْ أُوذِينَا مِن قَبْلِ أَن تَأْتِينَا وَمِن بَعْدِ مَا جِئْتَنَا]

“We have always been oppressed—before and after you came to us with the message” [TMQ Surah Al-Araf: 129].

These are words expressing weakness and long-standing pain. Then here came Musa’s decisive answer, carrying Allah’s promise and the glad tidings of victory. Allah (swt) said,

[قَالَ عَسَى رَبُّكُمْ أَن يُهْلِكَ عَدُوَّكُمْ وَيَسْتَخْلِفَكُمْ فِي الأَرْضِ فَيَنظُرَ كَيْفَ تَعْمَلُونَ]

“Perhaps your Lord will destroy your enemy and make you successors in the land to see what you will do” [TMQ Surah Al-Araf: 129].

Thus Musa (as) taught them that the path to succession and empowerment (tamkeen) is not opened except by patience under affliction, and that injustice, however severe, its end is decline, and the outcome is for the righteous.

You today speak with the same tone as they did, and the answer is the same for you. Your Lord (swt) will destroy your enemy and will grant you the land after them through your steadfastness, sincerity, and firm stances. So be patient and persevere and remain in firm stances, for Allah’s Promise is true.

The Messenger of Allah (saw) taught us to regard affliction with certainty, saying to Ibn Abbas (ra), «...وَلَوْ اجْتَمَعُوا عَلَى أَنْ يَضُرُّوكَ بِشَيْءٍ لَمْ يَضُرُّوكَ إِلَّا بِشَيْءٍ قَدْ كَتَبَهُ اللَّهُ عَلَيْكَ»“...and if they were to gather to harm you with something, they could not harm you except with something that Allah has decreed for you.”

What you endure is in the Hand of Allah (swt), not in the enemy’s; your provision (rizq), your appointed time (ajl), and your ranks are with Allah (swt) and with no one else.

O People of Gaza: you today stand in the stance of the Prophets (as) and the righteous, standing firm for the truth against tyranny. Every hardship, every wound, every martyr is provision in your balance of good deeds, and elevation of your rank. Allah’s companionship is with you and His victory (nasr) is near, so be patient and steadfast, and rejoice in what Allah (swt) promised of gardens and ranks, and of worldly honor that is only attained through steadfastness and sacrifice.

May Allah (swt) keep you firm, extend His support (nasr) to you, bind your hearts, make lightness in your footsteps, and grant you swift relief and a manifest victory. (Al-Wa‘ie Magazine, Issue 470)

Is it Not the Ultimate Betrayal and Humiliation to Rely on Trump to Save Gaza?

O Muslims... O Armies of the Muslims: isn’t it the height of treachery and utter humiliation to rely on Trump to save Gaza by putting an end to the war there, when he is the principal supporter of the brutal Jewish aggression on Gaza? Allah (swt) said,

[وَلَا تَرْكَنُوا إِلَى الَّذِينَ ظَلَمُوا فَتَمَسَّكُمُ النَّارُ وَمَا لَكُمْ مِنْ دُونِ اللَّهِ مِنْ أَوْلِيَاءَ ثُمَّ لَا تُنْصَرُونَ]

“And do not be inclined to the wrongdoers or you will be touched by the Fire. For then you would have no protectors other than Allah, nor would you be helped” [TMQ Surah Hud: 113].

Is the aid to Gaza not in the mobilization of the armies of the Muslims to fight the Jews occupying the Blessed Land, who cannot be aided nor guided to the path? Allah (swt) said,

[وَإِنْ يُقَاتِلُوكُمْ يُوَلُّوكُمُ الْأَدْبَارَ ثُمَّ لَا يُنْصَرُونَ]

“But if they meet you in battle, they will flee and they will have no helpers” [TMQ Surah Aali Imran: 111].

Are there not in the armies of the rulers, whom Trump gathered in his council, or in some of them, military capabilities of sufficiency to crush the Jewish entity, and restore all of Palestine to the abode of Islam? Allah (swt) said,

[قَاتِلُوهُمْ يُعَذِّبْهُمُ اللَّهُ بِأَيْدِيكُمْ وَيُخْزِهِمْ وَيَنْصُرْكُمْ عَلَيْهِمْ وَيَشْفِ صُدُورَ قَوْمٍ مُؤْمِنِينَ]

“So fight them and Allah will punish them at your hands, put them to shame, help you overcome them, and soothe the hearts of the believers” [TMQ Surah At-Tawbah: 14].

O Muslims: the calamity of the Ummah lies in its rulers. Since the abolition of the Khilafah (Caliphate) over a hundred years ago there has been no Khaleefah (Caliph) to be feared and fought behind. The Prophet (saw) said, «وَإِنَّمَا الْإِمَامُ جُنَّةٌ يُقَاتَلُ مِنْ وَرَائِهِ وَيُتَّقَى بِهِ»“The Imam is a shield; people fight behind him and are protected by him” (Narrated by al-Bukhari and Muslim).

Thus, the sanctities of the Muslims were violated, their lands were colonized, and the Ruwaybidah, incompetent rulers took control. They are those who neither repel an enemy nor protect the edifice of Islam. This is until our situation reached the point where the Blessed Land of Palestine was occupied by those upon whom humiliation and poverty were decreed, and who incurred the Wrath of Allah (swt)!

Hizb ut-Tahrir / Tanzania Organizes Protests to Urge the Ummah Not to Abandon Gaza

26 September 2025 Miladi / 04 Rabi' al-Akhir 1447 Hijri after Friday prayer Hizb ut Tahrir / Tanzania organized a nationwide campaign reminding Armies of the Muslim world, Muslim Scholars and the Ummah in general of their obligation to save Gaza and not to desert it. The campaign included Dua at Dar es Salaam and Zanzibar, whereby at Masjid Rahmah, Buguruni Dar es Salaam was led by Sheikh Mussa Kileo, Chairman of Central Communication Committee and Masoud Msellem, Media Representative of Hizb ut Tahrir in Tanzania. Dua in Zanzibar was conducted at Masjid Mbuyuni, Zanzibar town. There were also picketing and Friday Khutbas in different areas in Tanzania. The campaign’s message addressed the armies of the Muslim world to quickly mobilize to intervene militarily to liberate Palestine, the Muslims of Gaza, Masjid Aqsa and to uproot the awful and filthy Jewish entity.

The message reminded Islamic Scholars to hold accountable and straighten puppet rulers in the Muslim world, whose subservience in supporting ‘Israel’ has crossed the boundaries. Also, the campaign’s message warns Ummah not to fall into trap of being silent towards the issue of genocide of Gaza, because their voices would compel the scholars and Armies to address this issue accordingly. Finally, the campaign reminded upon the Muslim to the obligation of working to re-establish the Islamic state (Khilafah). Through it, Islam, Muslims and all our sanctities will be entirely protected.

American Insistence on Continuing

to Plunder Syria’s Resources

The U.S. Treasury Department announced in a tweet published Wednesday evening that officials from the Treasury and State Departments held a meeting with Syrian Foreign Minister Asaad Al-Sheibani to discuss ways of “relinking the Syrian economy with the global financial system in a responsible and secure manner” (Sham News Network, Thursday, 26 Rabi‘ al-Awwal 1447 AH, 18/9/2025 CE).

Ar-Rayah Newspaper: The capitalist ideology is the origin of the ailment and source of the catastrophe and maker of crises. Capitalism has led humanity to destruction, impoverished peoples, and plundered their resources, increasing wars and famines all in service of the interests of colonialist states. Therefore, linking the country’s economy to the capitalist economic and financial system is fatal to it. Hence, if the new government in Syria is sincere in wanting to revive the country, rebuild it and walk it toward success, it must rule by Islam and implement its economic system.

Islam came with a detailed system for the mechanism of owning wealth, how to collect it, and how to distribute it, since it came to look after the affairs of its subjects and guarantee them a comfortable life. This is the role of the state in Islam, to care for people. It is not to oppress them, levy taxes and duties on them, surrender their wealth and resources to their enemies and give them dominance in the country.

Therefore, there is no salvation for the people of Ash-Sham and for all Muslims from these economic catastrophes and others except by implementing Islam in all affairs of life under the Khilafah Rashidah (Rightly-Guided Caliphate) on the Method of the Prophethood. So come to work with us immediately to establish it, O Muslims.

Escalation of Violence against Indian Muslims

Under Hindu Nationalist Rule

(Al-Waei Magazine, Issue 470) India witnessed during the summer of 2025, a worrying wave of sectarian attacks targeting Muslims at the hands of extremist Hindu groups, with an implicit encouragement from a climate of incitement fostered by the ruling Bharatiya Janata Party. In the northern and central states of India, dozens of Muslims were beaten and even killed by “cow protectors” on the pretext of suspected consumption, or trade, in cow meat, sacred to Hindus. In a horrific incident in Haryana in August, a village mob killed a 26 years old Muslim youth merely on a rumor that he had eaten beef. There were also recorded incidents of assaults on Muslims traveling by train, searching their food, and attacking them, if what the extremists suspected to be beef was found.

Al-Waei commented on this phenomenon, saying: these incidents come within a broader context of rising institutional and societal Islamophobia, since Narendra Modi and his Hindu party took power.

Pro-government media promoted hate speech, and some local officials demolished homes of Muslim families with bulldozers as collective punishment after any sectarian clash in what was called the policy of “bulldozer justice.” It peaked with enactment of discriminatory laws in some states that ban the headscarf in schools or restrict halal slaughter, further fueling the sense of marginalization. This environment normalized mob violence against Muslims. In the name of protecting the “mother cow”, cold-blooded murders are committed. Human Rights Watch noted that government officials themselves stoked hatred with extremist speeches against Muslims during electoral campaigns.

O People of Sudan! You Can Thwart the Plan to Separate Darfur

O people of Sudan: You are able to overthrow the scheme aimed at partitioning your country for a second time, which seeks to separate Darfur, If you truly put your trust in Allah (swt) and seek His help sincerely, and you do the following:

• Disavow every treacherous agent who has taken upon himself to implement this scheme, by forming a parallel government, or by shirking responsibility and surrendering Al-Fashir, so that the Rapid Support Forces complete their control of all of Darfur.
• Mobilize the energies of the sincere within the people of military power and protection to foil the plan, and bring the agents and traitors to account.
• Mobilize all the capabilities of the media, minbars of masjids, and others to expose the scheme and its tools of implementation domestically, and to mobilize people to stand against it.
• Mobilize the energies of the sincere, who are innocent of any ties to the traitors, from amongst tribal leaders, influential, thinkers, leaders of opinion, politicians, lawyers, and all those of influence—to form an impenetrable barrier protecting the unity of what remains of our country.

Are these together not a tremendous power capable of foiling America’s plot, which is the devil’s cunning? Allah (swt) said,

[إِنَّ كَيْدَ الشَّيْطَانِ كَانَ ضَعِيفاً]

“Indeed, Satan’s schemes are ever weak” [TMQ Surah An-Nisa: 76]. Allah (swt) said,

[وَيَمْكُرُونَ وَيَمْكُرُ اللّهُ وَاللّهُ خَيْرُ الْمَاكِرِينَ]

“They planned, but Allah also planned. And Allah is the best of planners” [TMQ Surah Al-Anfal: 30]. The Prophet (saw) said, «فَإِنَّهُ مَنْ يَعِشْ مِنْكُمْ بَعْدِي فَسَيَرَى اخْتِلَافاً كَثِيراً، فَعَلَيْكُمْ بِسُنَّتِي وَسُنَّةِ الْخُلَفَاءِ الْمَهْدِيِّينَ الرَّاشِدِينَ، تَمَسَّكُوا بِهَا وَعَضُّوا عَلَيْهَا بِالنَّوَاجِذِ».“Whoever among you lives after me will see much dispute; so adhere to my Sunnah and the Sunnah of the Rightly-Guided Caliphs, hold fast to it and bite onto it with your molar teeth” (Reported by Al-Arbad ibn Sariya, and collected by Abu Dawud, al-Tirmidhi, Ahmad and Ibn Hibban).

[وَقَاتِلُوهُمْ حَتَّىٰ لَا تَكُونَ فِتْنَةٌ وَيَكُونَ الدِّينُ كُلُّهُ لِلَّهِ]

“And fight them until there is no more persecution and Deen is all for Allah.” [TMQ Surah Al-Anfal: 39]

O Muslims, Arabs, and non-Arabs: your rulers do not move except according to the orders of Western embassies. They place no value upon the weight of your blood or upon the sanctity of your Sacred Masajid! They all side with your enemies at your expense and at the expense of your countries. Did you not see how some of them colluded in besieging Gaza, and today rush to approve Trump’s orders?! This is astonishing and shameful! The most astonishing of all is your inability to overthrow their thrones and throw them into a deep abyss!

O Muslims: those who can stop the Jews’ war are your armies, if they move in support of their Deen and to liberate the land and safeguard honor, not the UN Security Council decisions nor the initiatives of Trump, his ilk, and the rest of the criminals.

The Shariah obligation today is to remove these agent regimes, break the nationalistic borders that the colonialist kafir West drew to divide your lands, and demand urgently to mobilize the armies toward liberating all of Palestine, not patching up the occupation with partial solutions, nor a settlement at the expense of the blood of the martyrs, at the table of the enemies of Allah (swt).

O Muslims: the time has come for serious work to establish the Khilafah Rashidah (Rightly-Guided Caliphate) on the method of the Prophethood; it alone unifies you, liberates the Blessed Land, and eliminates the influence of America and the West in our lands.

Despite All That Russia Did Against the Syrian Revolution, Are Relations to be Established with It?

An official delegation from the Syrian Ministry of Defense, headed by Chief of the General Staff, Major General Ali Al-Nassan, arrived in the Russian capital Moscow, where he was received by Russian Deputy Defense Minister Yunus Bek Yevkurov. This visit falls within efforts to develop coordination mechanisms between the two countries’ ministries of defense and strengthen joint military cooperation.

Al-Rayah Newspaper: On 30 September 2015, Russia began direct military intervention in Syria, at the request of the former American president, Obama, to protect the regime and end the blessed revolution. Russia killed thousands of Syrians and destroyed many of its facilities. Massacres were committed such as the Duma massacre in western Idlib countryside, the Al-Hamama massacre in the countryside of Jisr al-Shughur, the Ayn Shayb massacre... This is Russia, which intervened after Iran and its Hezb in Lebanon failed to eradicate the revolution. Russia came to plant its iron feet so that the American agent in the region would not fall.

After all these Russian massacres and intrigues, can it be said: “Allah (swt) has pardoned what is past”?! Was what happened between you and it just a neighborhood quarrel?! It was the spilling of blood and scattering of severed limbs, and history written in blood. It was a black history Russia wrote against Syria and its revolution. It cannot be overlooked, and there is no value to any idea of relations with it.

We are a People Whom Allah (swt) has Honored with Islam. No Matter How Much We Seek Honor by Other Than Islam, Allah (swt) Will Humiliate Us

Allah, the Exalted, says,

[مَن كَانَ يُرِيدُ الْعِزَّةَ فَلِلَّهِ الْعِزَّةُ جَمِيعاً إِلَيْهِ يَصْعَدُ الْكَلِمُ الطَّيِّبُ وَالْعَمَلُ الصَّالِحُ يَرْفَعُهُ وَالَّذِينَ يَمْكُرُونَ السَّيِّئَاتِ لَهُمْ عَذَابٌ شَدِيدٌ وَمَكْرُ أُولَٰئِكَ هُوَ يَبُورُ]

“Whoever seeks honour and power, then let them know that all honour and power belongs to Allah. To Him alone good words ascend, and righteous deeds are raised up by Him. As for those who plot evil, they will suffer a severe punishment. And the plotting of such people is doomed to fail” [TMQ Surah Fatir: 10].

And Umar ibn al-Khattab (ra) said, نحن قوم أعزنا الله بالإسلام فمهما ابتغينا العزة بدونه أذلنا الله“We are a people whom Allah has honored by Islam; whenever we sought honor outside of Islam, Allah humiliated us.” The Deen of Allah (swt) is the only one capable of restoring our honor and dignity, and repelling the plots of enemies, liberating the sanctities and restoring people’s rights by implementing the Deen under a noble, pious, pure Khalifah (Caliph) who defends honor and fears Allah (swt) in the trust he was entrusted with. Anything less is an illusion and a mirage made by the allies of Shaytan.

Indeed, Islam is the sole solution to unify the Muslims of different colors and races under the banner of the Khilafah Rashidah (Rightly-Guided Caliphate) on the Method of the Prophethood. No other state can gather the Ummah, repel the enemies’ plots, and restore dignity to Muslims. As for the nationalistic states and agent states and agents of the kafir West, they are instruments serving colonialist interests. The young men and women (shebaab) of the Ummah must work to expose them and strive to establish the second Khilafah Rashidah (Rightly-Guided Caliphate) on the Method of the Prophethood that gathers us, Arabs and non-Arabs, under the banner of Islam. We ask Allah (swt) that this be soon.
