Pharaoh E. Rahmon is trying to destroy Islam in the country
News
January 15, “Asia-Plus” information-analytical portal referring to Hussein Shokirov, the head of Religious Association Department of Religious Affairs, national traditions, celebrations and ceremonies’ ordering committee, reported: “The Government of Tajikistan has decided that from now the citizens under the age of 40 not be able to perform Hajj. Thus, the opportunity to perform a pilgrimage to the holy sites of Islam is first of all given to the older generation of Tajiks”.

Hajj is one of the pillars of Islam and one of the rituals of worship prescribed to us by Almighty Allah. The obligatory and desirable conditions of performing of this great ritual of worship, that has no mandatory age limits, were explained and showed by our beloved Prophet Muhammad (saw). Every believer, if he has the opportunity to perform this ritual can go on it.
But today there are tyrants who imagine themselves to be above the laws of Almighty Allah in issuing their own laws. The tyrant E. Rahmon paid great attention to active dawah carriers, persecuting, arresting, torturing and killing them in prisons, and now this Pharaoh persecutes every Muslim who begins to practice his religion.
The banning of going on Hajj for the young people under the age of 40 is not the tyrant Rahmon’s first step against Islam and Muslims. Before he forbade Muslim women of the country from wearing hijab in public. The law enforcement services convinced more than 1,700 women and girls to stop wearing headscarves, and restricted the visits of young people who are under 18 to mosques.
Last year the persecutions of Muslims sporting a beard were intensified and went so far that young men were caught on the streets, their beards were half-shaved and eventually they had to shave the remaining part of their beards off. Police in Tajikistan have shaved nearly 13,000 people's beards and closed more than 160 shops selling traditional Muslim clothing last year. The students studying in foreign religious universities were forcibly returned home in order to prevent the influence of so-called “non-traditional or radical ideas of Islam” on them.
Tajikistan is a country with 8.5 million population where 90% are Muslims the majority of whom are practicing. The Hajj restrictions apply not only to the age category, but there are some limitations in the number of those who want to perform Hajj. Last year, 2015 just about 6 thousand Muslims of the country managed to go on a pilgrimage, whereas previously more than 8 thousand Muslims of the country went on Hajj.
Moreover we see that these laws are issued to ordinary Muslims and are not applied to the president’s family. In early January, during an official visit to Saudi Arabia, Tajik President Emomali Rahmon made a pilgrimage with his family and his son, 27-year-old Rustam Emomali, occupying now the general post of the head of the Anti-Corruption Agency, who is prepared the post of the leader of the nation.
The tyrant Rahmon, who seized power in the country with the help of his master in the face of the Kremlin openly fights against any manifestation of Islam in the life of Muslims of the country. Seeing the Muslims of Tajikistan are drawn to their religion, he issues all sorts of laws against Islam and Muslims in an attempt to turn them away from Islam.
The problem of the persecution of Islam and Muslims of the country will be solved with the work on the revival of the Islamic way of life in the Islamic Khilafah "Caliphate", led by a righteous ruler. This ideological and political work is based on the way of our beloved Prophet Muhammad (saw). With the establishment of Khilafah "Caliphate" (Caliphate) based on Islam such issues mentioned above as restrictions on Hajj rituals (age limits, quota), hijab wearing, mosque attendance prescribed to us by Almighty Allah will be resolved. Almighty Allah says in His Noble Book:
“Allah has promised those among you who believe and do righteous good deeds, that He will certainly grant them succession in the land, as He granted it to those before them, and that He will grant them the authority to practise their religion which He has chosen for them. And He will surely, give them in exchange a safe security after their fear. They worship Me, not associating anything with Me. But whoever disbelieves after that – then those are the defiantly disobedient” [24: 55].
