The “New Middle East” Redrawn!

Comment:

President Trump so-called proposed solution—one that is neither practical nor implementable! - caused a natural immediate rejection from both Arabs and World leaders.

In response, and with King Abdullah of Jordan visit today Monday Feb 11^th 2025 an alternative Arab-led proposal is said to be emerging; thereafter, President Sisi of Egypt announced the delays of his visit to the white house.

Most probably, the new proposal would include the deployment of an international Arab force—including Egypt, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, and Jordan—under the pretext of ensuring stability and lasting security. This arrangement is framed as something that could be negotiated and ultimately accepted by the Palestinians.

But beneath the surface, the plan also entails expanding the borders of the Jewish entity while guaranteeing its security and stability—ironically, with the backing of Arab and Islamic nations. A crucial component of this scheme is full and unconditional normalization with the occupying entity.

Meanwhile, Iran is cast as the looming threat—the bogeyman—uniting the Jewish entity and the Arab world against a common enemy. Turkey, on the other hand, is to be positioned as the guarantor and mediator, tasked with keeping Syria in check, ensuring it remains within the framework while curbing Iran’s influence in Lebanon.

Perhaps what is hidden is even more consequential:

[وَإِذْ يَمْكُرُ بِكَ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا۟ لِيُثْبِتُوكَ أَوْ يَقْتُلُوكَ أَوْ يُخْرِجُوكَ وَيَمْكُرُونَ وَيَمْكُرُ اللَّهُ وَاللَّهُ خَيْرُ الْمَاكِرِينَ]

“And remember, when those who disbelieved plotted against you to restrain you or kill you or evict you. But they plan, and Allah plans. And Allah is the best of planners.” [Surah Al-Anfal (8:30)]
