The Regime of Kazakhstan is Prosecuting Hizb ut Tahrir's Shababs

On 4 November, the Zakon.kz news agency reported: “In the town of Kentau, Turkestan region, a secret cell of the religious extremist organisation Hizb ut Tahrir was liquidated. According to the release, the operative-search activities were carried out by the division for countering extremism of the Ministry of Internal Affairs with the assistance of the National Security Committee.

As a result of the measures taken, 10 members of the cell were detained. During searches of their places of residence, a significant amount of religious extremist literature and other material evidence was seized.

The ideology of this organisation is aimed at overthrowing the secular constitutional order and introducing ‘sharia’ norms in the country. In the course of operational and investigative measures, facts of propaganda of ideas by members of the group, as well as insulting religious feelings and inferiority of citizens of other beliefs were established. Members of the cell used Internet resources to receive and disseminate lectures by foreign radical preachers of Hizb ut Tahrir”.

Comment:

Against the background of the awakening of Kazakhstan's Muslims from hibernation, the country's authorities have intensified their fight against the sincere sons of the Islamic Ummah who carry the Islamic call despite all the hardships and oppressions. Back in the summer of this year, the authorities reported about 22 detained Hizb ut Tahrir's shababs.

Being a criminal regime, which has a lot of blood of innocent Muslims on its hands, the authorities use lies and deceit to blacken Hizb ut Tahrir, accusing it of attempts to seize power and spreading the ideas of terrorism and extremism. In turn, to all accusations from the criminal regime, I would like to say the following:

Hizb ut Tahrir is an Islamic political party whose ideology is Islam. Hizb ut Tahrir works within the Ummah and with it to lead the Ummah and bring it back to the Righteous State of the Khilafah (Caliphate) according to the method of Prophethood. To achieve its goal, Hizb ut Tahrir does not use violence, and it follows the method of the Prophet Muhammad (saw)and this is an ideological and political struggle.

Allah Almighty said in His Noble Book:

[وَعَدَ اللَّهُ الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا مِنكُمْ وَعَمِلُوا الصَّالِحَاتِ لَيَسْتَخْلِفَنَّهُم فِي الْأَرْضِ كَمَا اسْتَخْلَفَ الَّذِينَ مِن قَبْلِهِمْ وَلَيُمَكِّنَنَّ لَهُمْ دِينَهُمُ الَّذِي ارْتَضَى لَهُمْ وَلَيُبَدِّلَنَّهُم مِّن بَعْدِ خَوْفِهِمْ أَمْنًا يَعْبُدُونَنِي لَا يُشْرِكُونَ بِي شَيْئًا وَمَن كَفَرَ بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ فَأُوْلَئِكَ هُمُ الْفَاسِقُونَ]

“Allah has promised those of you who believe and do good that He will certainly make them successors in the land, as He did with those before them; and will surely establish for them their faith which He has chosen for them; and will indeed change their fear into security – provided that they worship Me, associating nothing with Me. But whoever disbelieves after this promise, it is they who will be the rebellious” [Al- Nur:55]
