Jalalov accused Abdul Samad Tukhtayev, who has been in prison for 19 years and is 48 years old, and Ibrahim Issa Bayev from Mergelan city, who has been in prison for 18 years and is also 48 years old, accused them of establishing the extremist religious organization...

According to the words written in the indictment of the security administration, Abdul Samad Tukhtayev plotted with Ibrahim Issa Bayev and joined him in a group and tried to coordinate the work of the members of the extremist religious organization Hizb ut Tahrir in the prison where he is serving his sentence...

The same accusation was made against Bakhtiar Torabov, 62, and Neked Sattab Aldev, who are serving their sentences in Nuwei prison.
