Sükîna Aslan, who was among the first sisters in Turkey who carried the dawah and devoted her life to reviving Islamic life as a righteous and believing woman, surrendered her soul yesterday to the Merciful Allah.

[إنّا لله وإنّا إليهِ رَاجعُون]

“Indeed we belong to Allah, and indeed to Him we will return.”[Surat Al-Baqara:156]

Sükîna had been receiving treatment for a serious illness for 17 years. We bear witness that she endured her illness and its tribulations with patience, and she was a devoted woman in her dawah work and towards her family. We pray that our dear sister may be enveloped in Allah's vast mercy and that her family may find patience. We offer our condolences to her relatives, loved ones, and sisters in the dawah. May Allah make the tribulations she endured an expiation for her sins and reward her with paradise.

[إِنَّمَا يُوَفَّى الصَّابِرُونَ أَجْرَهُمْ بِغَيْرِ حِسَابٍ]

“the patient will be given their reward without account.”[Surat Az-Zumar:10]
