A delegation of Hizb ut Tahrir in Tunisia visited the Interior Minister Lutfi Bin Jiddo at the Ministry Headquarters on Tuesday 3rd December 2013, the Hizb was represented by Abdul Raoof Al-Amiry, Head of the Political Office, Al-Arabi Kirbaka, Head of Central Contact Committee and Saleem Smeida

What took place in the areas of the city of Goubellat of luring some of the security officers and killing two of them and injuring another, excessively, is a cowardly act; condemned and inclusive of the prohibition of Allah to the violation of innocent blood. The Prophet (saw) said:

Everyone observes the state of our people, who come from Syria to escape from the tyrant Bashar al-Assad and from his all-encompassing destruction of human beings, rocks and trees. They are in a state of vulnerability that has often reached the lowest levels of destitution.

Hizb ut Tahrir in Tunisia intends to organize a symbolic protest in front of the Pakistani Embassy in Tunis, on Monday, 17th of June 2013 at ten o'clock in the morning, to condemn the ongoing abduction of the spokesman of Hizb ut Tahrir in Pakistan Engineer Naveed Butt by the Pakistani Intelligence. Since 11th of May 2012, his whereabouts remain unknown until today.
