The Women's Section of Hizb ut Tahrir / Wilayah Sudan Held Two Lectures in Al Qadarif
(Translated)
The Women’s Section of Hizb ut Tahrir / Wilayah Sudan held two lectures: the first was in the Rufaa area, entitled: "The Inevitability of Carrying the Dawah for Change."
The attendees interacted with questions and comments, as some of the sisters asked about the difficulty of working for change for women, and it was made clear that what is required is within a woman’s capability because it is an obligation from Allah who knows her ability. Therefore, the obligation to carry the dawah to women and men is the same, and it is similar to enjoining good and forbidding evil.
One of the sisters asked about how to convince her guardian to work with Hizb ut Tahrir, and it was explained that it is an obligation and a Muslim woman is not cleared of her obligation except by engaging in work, and that the way to do that is to carry the Da’wah to the family in the best way, as the work is an obligation and permission is not required from the parents to allow their daughters to carry dawah. Rather, they must carry it, and examples have been given of young women who included their families in the dawah, and Allah guides whom He wills.
After the end of the lecture, some of the sisters asked to participate in groups in order to carry the Dawah.
As for the second lecture, it was held in the village of Asar in Gedaref on Friday, January 5, 2024, and it was about the hypothesis of carrying the Da’wah, and that refraining from carrying it is a sin. The attendance was good, it included group of male and female teachers at a center for memorizing the Holy Qur’an. There was interaction from some of the sisters, and others asked for other lectures and books to learn more.
