By Returning to Allah and His Messenger, We End the War, Not through Negotiations Sponsored by America, the Enemy of Islam and Muslims!
(Translated)

After three weeks of killing and destruction, America orders its men to negotiate in Jeddah after hundreds were killed, thousands were wounded, infrastructure was destroyed, life was disrupted, people were displaced from their homes, wandering, besieged by death, hunger and disease. America did not intervene to stop the war except for a few hours to evacuate its nationals, its embassy staff and the staff of other embassies, leaving people to be killed and displaced, as if the people of Sudan do not deserve life like those who were evacuated!

We in Hizb ut Tahrir / Wilayah of Sudan, and in view of this reality, affirm the following:

First: The dispute between the Army and the Rapid Support Forces must be referred to the Book of Allah and the Sunnah of His Messenger (saw) and not to America, the enemy of Islam and Muslims. Allah Almighty says:

[فَإِن تَنَازَعْتُمْ فِي شَيْءٍ فَرُدُّوهُ إِلَى اللّهِ وَالرَّسُولِ إِن كُنتُمْ تُؤْمِنُونَ بِاللّهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الآخِرِ ذَلِكَ خَيْرٌ وَأَحْسَنُ تَأْوِيلاً]

“Should you disagree on anything, then refer it to Allah and His Messenger, if you ˹truly˺ believe in Allah and the Last Day. This is the best and fairest resolution.” [An-Nisa 4:59], and He (swt) says: ﴿وَمَا اخْتَلَفْتُمْ فِيهِ مِن شَيْءٍ فَحُكْمُهُ إِلَى اللَّه﴾“Whatever you may differ about, its judgment rests with Allah.” [Ash-Shuraa 42:10].

Second: America, the head of Kufr (disbelief), does not want any goodness for us and this is the religion of the disbelievers, as He (swt) said:

[مَّا يَوَدُّ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ مِنْ أَهْلِ الْكِتَابِ وَلاَ الْمُشْرِكِينَ أَن يُنَزَّلَ عَلَيْكُم مِّنْ خَيْرٍ مِّن رَّبِّكُمْ]

“The disbelievers from the People of the Book and the polytheists would not want you to receive any blessing from your Lord” [Al-Baqarah 2:105]. So how can we wait for good from negotiations ordered and sponsored by America?!

Third: The war going on today between the army and the Rapid Support Forces, as Al-Burhan described it, is an absurd war, and it is. The only loser in it are the Muslim people of the country, and the only winner in it is America, which, through this war, wants to preserve its influence in Sudan, through the military, and thwart the framework agreement that is intended to transfer real power in Sudan to British agents.

As for America and its agents in the region, they are now calling urgently for the inclusion of everyone in the political process after stopping the war, and this was what the Forces of Freedom and Change rejected and called it "drowning" for fear of America's men encroaching on power.

Fourth: Both the agents of America and Britain are all interested only in sitting on chairs managed by and the masters, even if it was on skulls and body parts.

In conclusion, the people in Sudan must be aware of the Kafireen’s plots that are being hatched for them, carried out by those who sold their Deen physically to other agents of our own skin, so we join our brothers whose policies of the agents succeeded in Syria, Libya and Yemen and behind them their masters, we must reject both sides; America's and Britain's agents, and work to overthrow them all, and establish the great edifice of Islam, the Khilafah Rashidah (rightly guided Caliphate) on the Method of the Prophethood, to save our lands from the agents, develop and protect it from the plots of the Kafireen.

[يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُواْ اسْتَجِيبُواْ لِلّهِ وَلِلرَّسُولِ إِذَا دَعَاكُم لِمَا يُحْيِيكُم]

“O believers! Respond to Allah and His Messenger when he calls you to that which gives you life.” [Al-Anfal 8:24]
