Speech of the Official Spokesman of Hizb ut Tahrir in Wilayah Sudan at the Opening Ceremony of Hizb Office in Gadharif City

All praise be to Allah (swt) who made praise a price for his blessings, a rescue from his trial, and a way to his Jannah. And prayers, and peace be upon the Prophet of Mercy, the leader of the Imams, the burning lamp of the Ummah, and upon his family and companions and those who are guided by his guidance and follow his methodology to the Day of Resurrection...

O honorable brothers,

Assalamu Alaikum wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuh,

May Allah accept from us our fasting and Qiyam, and honored all of us in these blessed days with the witnessing of Laylatul Qadar, and then with the emergence of the true dawn and the departure of the systems of oppressionand injustice…

We in Hizb ut Tahrir in Wilayah Sudan are very pleased to have in this benevolent city; the city of Gadharif, a house like Dar al-Arqam ibn Abi al-Arqam, to be a beacon of science and a flame that illuminates the path of truth, and a center for the revival of the Ummah to resume its life on the basis of the great ideology of Islam through the establishment of the Second Khilafah Rashidah (righteous Caliphate) state on the method of Prophethood.

And here it is, it begins its path with the gathering of the province leaders; scholars, politicians, members of community administrations and media workers, to witness the launch of the work of this office in this Holy month; the month of mercy and blessings.

O honorable brothers…

All of you hear, see and live the crises experienced by Sudan, and even by the entire Islamic world, as a result of pledging our political decision to the Western Kaffir colonizer, who has been intervening in every small and large, to make us live in hardship and distress, as Allah Almighty said:

﴿ودُّوا مَا عَنِتُّمْ قَدْ بَدَتِ الْبَغْضَاءُ مِنْ أَفْوَاهِهِمْ وَمَا تُخْفِي صُدُورُهُمْ أَكْبَرُ قَدْ بَيَّنَّا لَكُمُ الْآيَاتِ إِنْ كُنْتُمْ تَعْقِلُونَ﴾

“They wish you would have hardship. Hatred has already appeared from their mouths, and what their breasts conceal is greater. We have certainly made clear to you the signs, if you will use reason.” [Al-i-Imran: 118].

So, they plundered our wealth through the recipes of the International Monetary Fund (IMF), which bequeathed us poverty and distress, despite country's richness with its visible and underground wealth. Not only that, they demand that we renounce the provisions of our Deen in social life through the “convention of prostitution, depravity and corruption” (CEDAW), which contravenes the explicit Quran text and the Sahih Sunnah, to bring out the pure, chaste Muslim woman, to be synonymous with the naked defiant Western women, and to destroy the protective shielding wall of the family. And to make the Muslim societies, as their bestiality societies, devoid of all virtuous values, but the material value that has made their countries a fertile breeding ground for all kinds of crimes, where there is no security or safety.

From this platform, we call upon every sincere protective Muslim for Islam to stand as a bulwark against this Convention and against all those who promote it from the sons of Muslims, who have sold their Deen to others from the rulers, their lackeys and semi men. Rather, we must all act sincerely so that the provisions of Islam are the ones that guide our political life, and the ones that determine our ruling, our economy and our social systems, and all the systems of our lives under the Khilafah Rashidah on the method of the Prophethood, the promise of Allah Almighty and the good tidings of His Messenger (saw).

Hizb ut Tahrir has preparedthe measures, perceived the way, and laid down the rules and the foundations of this state, which it seeks to establish with you and by you, in books describing the ruling system, as well as the economic and the social systems in Islam, and other books. It also submitted a draft constitution for the Islamic State (The Khilafah) comprising of 191 articles, which we invite everyone to study them, and to study what is necessary for the establishment of the rightly guided Khilafah on the method of the Prophethood, so that we are serious about changing our reality.

﴿إِنَّ اللَّهَ لا يُغَيِّرُ مَا بِقَوْمٍ حَتَّى يُغَيِّرُوا مَا بِأَنْفُسِهِمْ﴾

“Indeed, Allah will not change the condition of a people until they change what is in themselves.” [Ar-Ra’d: 11]

We in Hizb ut Tahrir in Wilayah Sudan call on every thinker, and every individual who has an issue, to this house (Dar), where meaningful intellectual discussions (and friendliness is preserved). Through this intellectual struggle the truth emerges and becomes superior and it is more worthy to be followed, and the falsehooddeparts and remains despised. We want this house to be a blaze of vitality, and a beacon of cognitive radiation based on the doctrine of Islam.

We reiterate our welcome to all of you, and may Allah accept from all of us the acts of worship.
