Press Release
The kidnapping of Hizb ut-Tahrir member by the intelligence agency can not prevent the re-establishment of the Khilafah "Caliphate"

Just three days ahead of Eid-ul-Fitr, the military intelligence agency kidnapped the member of Hizb ut-Tahrir Jalal Hussain from Peshawar. Jalal Hussain is a master degree holder in electronics from Peshawar University, employee in a multinational company and the father of a baby daughter. He was kidnapped from Khalid Bin Waleed Park, Sadr Peshawar while he was distributing pamphlets containing the thoughts of Hizb ut-Tahrir. Until now, neither he is presented in any court nor his family been informed of his whereabouts. The kidnapping of a highly educated political worker of the like of Jalal Hussain by the intelligence agencies has proved that these secret agencies are working for the interest of the United States of America. Because, Hizb ut-Tahrir, the world largest political party, is running the political movement for the unification of Muslim Ummah by establishing the Khilafah "Caliphate" and America is bent upon crushing this movement through their agent Muslim rulers. Hence this action of intelligence agency has proved that they are also working along to crush Muslims and Islam under American diktats. However, Hizb ut-Tahrir announces that

1) It will continue this political movement with courage and perseverance till the achievement of its goal; i.e. the re-establishment of the Khilafah "Caliphate".

2) All the political and legal means will be employed for the release of Jalal Hussain from the kidnappers of secret agencies.
