We Salute You on Eid al-Adha

With great joy from our inner most hearts, we in Hizb ut Tahrir East Africa would like to extend our warmest greetings of the blessed Eid al-Adha to the Muslims in the East African region and the whole world in general. We pray Allah (swt) accepts our righteous deeds and guide us to next year's Eid while we are under the shade of the Khilafah "Caliphate" state which will unite all Muslim states in the world under the flag of Laa ilaha illa Allah Muhammad Rasul Allah.

The call from Hizb ut-Tahrir to Muslims in East Africa is to perform good deeds among them: building close relations with relatives, comforting the sick and the bereaved and making dua for those who have departed to meet their Creator. Further we remind all of their great obligation of carrying the message of Islam through the thought process to demonstrate that it is a complete ideology for life which has solutions for spiritual, economical, social and political spheres. Never can it be implemented fully unless through the Khilafah "Caliphate" state which is an obligation to establish. Let us take this auspicious opportunity to invite Muslims and non-Muslims to a discussion to educate them on the true reality of Islam as revealed by Allah. So that they can differentiate between Islam and the propaganda of the West that Islam is terrorism and to understand that the hard times they are facing in life is evidence of the failure of the Capitalist and colonialist ideology.

This blessed Eid finds Muslims in Kenya in great fear of being oppressed as Kenyan authorities have already put on their gloves ready for a fight after passing the law on what is called terrorism. Eid is coming when Muslims in Tanzania are witnessing the Qur'an being urinated upon and the state authorities protecting the evil perpetrator! However, Hizb is certain in Allah of the coming nusrah in ash-Sham as Muslim believers are in a great contest to remove the oppressor Bashar Al Assad together with the ideology of his Western masters. Certainly, the time for nusrah is very near and we have faith that the activities of Muslims in Syria will bear a great result which is the bringing of Islamic radical change of establishing the Khilafah "Caliphate" Rashidah which will uproot all oppression against Muslims by removing the kufr systems of the West. Replacing them with the systems of Allah and on that day, the believers will rejoice with the victory of Allah (swt).
