Another Summit Exposes the Betrayal of Muslim Rulers and their Allegiance to America, Executing its Plans
(Translated)

On Monday, November 11, 2024, a joint summit was held between the Arab League and the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) in Riyadh, attended by leaders from over fifty Muslim countries. Each leader boasts of his country's army, stationed in barracks, only to be deployed against their own people, as seen in Sudan, Syria, Egypt, and other Muslim lands. They gathered to discuss the situation in Gaza, marking a continuation of a previous summit held a year ago in Riyadh, which held less value than the ink on its statement paper. The final statement included 38 articles, most beginning with words of condemnation and denunciation. The main declaration reads:

“We, leaders of the states and governments of the League of Arab States and the Organization of Islamic Cooperation…While we affirm the centrality of the Palestinian cause and the firm support for the Palestinian people to achieve their legitimate and inalienable national rights, foremost among which is their right to freedom and to an independent, sovereign state on the lines of June 4, 1967, with East Al-Quds as its capital, and the right of refugees to return and to compensation in accordance with the relevant resolutions of international legitimacy, particularly Resolution 194, and confront any attempts to deny or undermine these rights; reaffirming that the Palestinian cause is like all just causes of peoples struggling to get rid of occupation and obtain their rights, While we reaffirm the full sovereignty of the State of Palestine over occupied East Al-Quds, the eternal capital of Palestine, and reject any Israeli decisions or measures aimed at Judaizing it and consolidating its colonial occupation of the city, considering such decisions and measures null, void and illegitimate under international law and relevant United Nations’ resolutions, considering Al-Quds Al-Sharif a red line for the Arab and Islamic nations, and reaffirming our absolute solidarity in protecting the Arab and Islamic identity of occupied East Al-Quds and in defending the sanctity of the holy Islamic and Christian sites therein…”

O Ummah of Truth and Guidance: These are your rulers, whose crimes and harm match that of your enemies. They serve as a safeguard and bridge for enemy plans, rushing to execute the designs of their mistress, America.

Meanwhile, the Jewish state spreads corruption, killing, displacing, and destroying. Over a year has passed since its aggression on Gaza, expanding its assaults to include Lebanon. Muslim rulers continue to convene summits and ministerial meetings, exercising extreme restraint and diplomatic channels to respond to a war-waging aggressor. What cowardice is this? What betrayal?

The solution and liberation lie in bloodshed, not in hollow words, and on the battlefield, not in air-conditioned halls:"Honor cannot be safeguarded from harm - Until blood is shed on its sides.”

O Ummah of Truth and Guidance, and O Armies of the Muslims: Your treacherous rulers are dead in spirit, lifeless. The time has come to bury them, and may this be by your hands to earn your Lord's approval. You are the descendants of Khalid, Abu Ubaidah, Al-Qa’qa’, Salahuddin, and other heroic predecessors, and it is unbecoming for you to be ruled by such a corrupt faction. Hizb utTahrir has called upon you since its inception to implement the laws of Allah and establish the Khilafah (Caliphate) on the method of Phrophethood. It will continue to call you, never losing hope, until Allah opens your hearts to respond to His command. It seeks no reward or thanks from you, only Allah's pleasure. Respond to Allah's call, destroy the thrones of the tyrants, and be assured they will disown you, as Iblis (Satan) disowns his followers.

[وَقَالَ الشَّيْطَانُ لَمَّا قُضِيَ الْأَمْرُ إِنَّ اللهَ وَعَدَكُمْ وَعْدَ الْحَقِّ وَوَعَدتُّكُمْ فَأَخْلَفْتُكُمْ وَمَا كَانَ لِيَ عَلَيْكُم مِّن سُلْطَانٍ إِلَّا أَن دَعَوْتُكُمْ فَاسْتَجَبْتُمْ لِي فَلَا تَلُومُونِي وَلُومُوا أَنفُسَكُم مَّا أَنَا بِمُصْرِخِكُمْ وَمَا أَنتُم بِمُصْرِخِيَّ إِنِّي كَفَرْتُ بِمَا أَشْرَكْتُمُونِ مِن قَبْلُ إِنَّ الظَّالِمِينَ لَهُمْ عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٌ]

“And Satan will say when the matter has been concluded, "Indeed, Allah had promised you the promise of truth. And I promised you, but I betrayed you. But I had no authority over you except that I invited you, and you responded to me. So do not blame me; but blame yourselves. I cannot be called to your aid, nor can you be called to my aid. Indeed, I deny your association of me [with Allah] before. Indeed, for the wrongdoers is a painful punishment.”[Surat Ibrahim:22]
