The opposition leader in the Jewish entity, Yair Lapid, has proposed a plan for the future of Gaza, calling it the "Egyptian Solution." This plan involves imposing Egypt’s guardianship over the Gaza Strip for several years in exchange for political and financial incentives, the most notable being the repayment of its debts.

Lapid’s plan and his discussion of it in Egypt’s name confirm the reality that the Egyptian regime does not have independent decision-making power. Instead, it desperately clings to its rule, regardless of the extent of its subservience. If America were to decide on forced displacement, the regime would not dare to oppose it. Thus, Lapid’s plan aims to ensure that the Egyptian regime becomes part of an Arab force that acts as a barrier between the mujahideen and the Jewish entity—just as it acts as a barrier between the people of Egypt and their aspirations.

America’s and the Jews’ wealth, stolen from the Islamic Ummah, may buy land and the loyalty of the weak, but it cannot alter a fixed Islamic ruling, nor can it purchase values or beliefs. In reality, such wealth holds no true value and cannot create a natural place for the Jews or achieve the integration they aspire to among the best nation ever brought forth for mankind. Their rightful place is in a deep abyss alongside all those who have dared to oppress the Islamic Ummah.

O Soldiers of Kinana - Egypt: The issue of the Blessed Land—Palestine, with its Masrah and Al-Aqsa Mosque, from the sea to the river—is your cause. Its liberation and the thwarting of America’s and the Jews’ schemes are your duty before anyone else’s. The betrayal that the regime may accept is not something you are permitted to accept. A regime that prevents you from supporting the people of Palestine and participates in their siege can never be their ally. Everything it plots with the Jews is meant to dilute the cause of the Ummah and eradicate what remains of its spirit of jihad.

You are part of the Islamic Ummah—you feel its pain, you are enraged by its violated sanctities, and you are angered by America’s arrogance and your regime’s subservience to its decisions. So, what are you waiting for?

O Soldiers of Kinana - Egypt: Your duty is to declare total war against the usurping entity until the complete liberation of Palestine and the restoration of the Ummah’s stolen authority. We are certain that this is the wish of every sincere person among you, and that nothing prevents its realization except the treacherous regime ruling Egypt, which controls you, making you the guardian of the usurping entity and the executor of its leaders’ wishes and delusions. It is upon you to uproot both this regime and the Jewish entity from their foundations. Your duty is to overthrow the treacherous regime ruling Egypt, with all its agents and enforcers, and to completely sever ties with the colonialist West in all its forms.

Establishing Islamic governance is your obligation. Among you is Hizb ut Tahrir, a politically aware leadership from your own Ummah that understands its issues, carries its concerns, and seeks to lead you toward Allah’s pleasure by implementing His law and conveying His message of guidance to the world—bringing humanity from the darkness of capitalism and its Aqeedah to the light of Islam and its justice under the second Khilafah Rashidah (rightly guided Caliphate) on the method of the Prophethood. Grant it your support, and you will attain honor in this world, success in the Akhirah, and the greatest reward of all—Allah’s pleasure.

[وَلَيَنصُرَنَّ اللهُ مَن يَنصُرُهُ إنَّ اللهَ لَقَوِيٌّ عَزِيزٌ * الَّذِينَ إن مَّكَّنَّاهُمْ فِي الْأَرْضِ أَقَامُوا الصَّلاةَ وَآتَوُا الزَّكَاةَ وَأَمَرُوا بِالْـمَعْرُوفِ وَنَهَوْا عَنِ الْـمُنكَرِ وَلِلَّهِ عَاقِبَةُ الأُمُورِ]

“[And they are] those who, if We give them authority in the land, establish prayer and give zakah and enjoin what is right and forbid what is wrong. And to Allah belongs the outcome of [all] matters.” [Al-Hajj:41].
