The Condemnation by Muslim Rulers and Some Leaders of the International Community of the Gaza Massacres is an Acknowledgment of Others

On Saturday, 13 July 2024, the Jewish entity committed a new heinous massacre in Al-Mawasi, west of the city of Khan Yunis in the Gaza Strip, which claimed the lives of more than 90 martyrs and 300 wounded, half of them children and women. This number is added to the crimes of the Jews in Gaza with American support, since October 7, 2023, where the number of martyrs and wounded reached at the lowest estimates approximately 127,000 most of them children and women, and more than 10,000 missing people amid massive destruction and famine that claimed the lives of dozens of children.

In response to and commenting on these massacres, and since the Jewish entity began the brutal massacres against our people in Gaza, all we hear from Muslim rulers, and with them some foreign leaders, are condemnations and calls to uphold international law! This political farce of condemnations and denunciations, throwing dust in the eyes and containing and misleading public opinion, continued until before the invasion of Rafah about two months ago. Then these condemnations were absent after America wished for the Jewish entity not to carry out extraordinary massacres, meaning that it would continue to carry out massacres in dozens and not in hundreds! Therefore, we heard some condemnations from neighboring countries and some Western countries, with a complete absence of even just condemnation from many distant Islamic countries. America, the head of kufr (infidelity), also turned a deaf ear to the massacre, perhaps because it was preoccupied with its elections or because it thought that this massacre was accidental and that similar massacres would not follow it.

Several Arab countries condemned the occupation entity’s targeting of the Al-Mawasi massacre in the southern Gaza Strip, and demanded the protection of the Palestinians and the holding of the Jewish entity accountable. In a statement by the Jordanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Amman affirmed its condemnation “in the strongest terms” of “Israel’s” continued brutal aggression against the Gaza Strip, and its systematic targeting of civilians and refugee shelters, the latest of which was the “Israeli” occupation forces’ targeting of displaced persons’ tents in Khan Yunis, in an area that “Israel” had previously classified as safe, which resulted in the death and injury of dozens of Palestinians.” On Saturday, Egypt also condemned, in a statement issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Immigration, in the strongest terms, the bombing of the Al-Mawasi area by the Jewish entity, calling on it to stop underestimating the lives of defenseless civilians, and to adhere to due humanitarian standards and abide by the provisions of international law and international humanitarian law. In the same context, the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs expressed the Kingdom's condemnation "in the strongest terms and its denunciation of the continuation of genocidal massacres against the Palestinian people at the hands of the “Israeli” war machine, the latest of which is the targeting of refugee camps in Khan Yunis in the southern Gaza Strip." Saudi Arabia also stressed the need to activate international accountability mechanisms regarding the Jewish entity’s continued violations of international humanitarian law and international legitimacy resolutions.

The Turkish Foreign Ministry also considered the attacks by the Jewish entity on the Al-Mawasi area “a link in a series of efforts by the government of “Israeli” Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to eliminate all Palestinians.”

As for the responses of Western countries from the owners of the Jewish settlement project in the Blessed Land (Palestine), a British Foreign Office spokesman said that London is closely following reports of the attack on Al-Mawasi and explained that the British Foreign Office wants to see an end to the conflict that lasted too long and caused unbearable death and destruction.

Thus, these countries saw nothing wrong with the dozens of massacres, slaughter and bombing by Western bombers on a daily basis, but they do not favor the Jewish entity carrying out massacres that kill hundreds, as they confirm that they do not care about the blood of people and killing them gradually and laxly with the passage of time. But they do not want the Ummah's boiling point to reach the point of explosion due to major massacres! Of course, this shameful situation occurs in light of the Ummah’s inability to support their people in Gaza and the Ummah’s armies are tied up or monitored by these massacres without moving a finger! The saying of the Messenger of Allah (saw) was true of all of them:

«مَا مِنْ امْرِئٍ يَخْذُلُ امْرَأً مُسْلِماً فِي مَوْضِعٍ تُنْتَهَكُ فِيهِ حُرْمَتُهُ وَيُنْتَقَصُ فِيهِ مِنْ عِرْضِهِ إِلَّا خَذَلَهُ اللهُ فِي مَوْطِنٍ يُحِبُّ فِيهِ نُصْرَتَهُ، وَمَا مِنْ امْرِئٍ يَنْصُرُ مُسْلِماً فِي مَوْضِعٍ يُنْتَقَصُ فِيهِ مِنْ عِرْضِهِ وَيُنْتَهَكُ فِيهِ مِنْ حُرْمَتِهِ إِلَّا نَصَرَهُ اللهُ فِي مَوْطِنٍ يُحِبُّ نُصْرَتَهُ»

"No (Muslim) man will desert a man who is a Muslim in a place where his respect may be violated and his honour aspersed without Allah deserting him in a place here he wishes his help; and no (Muslim) man who will help a Muslim in a place where his honour may be aspersed and his respect violated without Allah helping him in a place where he wishes his help."

O Muslims, O Armies of the Ummah! We have lost all confidence in the existing rulers and regimes in Muslim countries, and we do not think that any of you thinks otherwise, or believes that the Muslim rulers are good. Therefore, the duty of supporting your people in Gaza has become entirely yours and no one else’s. Therefore, the Ummah must incite the loyal believers in its armies to fight. Demonstrating and raising voices must be to make the Ummah’s armies hear their request for their support and to carry out their duty towards their people. The demonstrations should take place in front of the general staff, not palaces filled with alcohol and drunk people who have lost all feeling and chivalry. And know that Hizb ut Tahrir, the pioneer whose does not lie to its people, is with you and among you and is ready to take the support of the people of strength and invincibility to take over the rule and establish the Khilafah (Caliphate) on the method of the Prophethood and lead the armies to liberate the Blessed Land- Palestine, its farthest reaches and its captives. Allah (swt) says:

[اسْتَجِيبُوا لِرَبِّكُمْ مِنْ قَبْلِ أَنْ يَأْتِيَ يَوْمٌ لَا مَرَدَّ لَهُ مِنَ اللهِ مَا لَكُمْ مِنْ مَلْجَأٍ يَوْمَئِذٍ وَمَا لَكُمْ مِنْ نَكِيرٍ]

Respond to your Lord before the coming of a Day from Allah that cannot be averted. There will be no refuge for you then, nor ˹grounds for˺ denial ˹of sins˺. [Ash-Shuraa 42:27].
