Only through the Khilafah based on Prophethood, and Real Unity of the Ummah, can a Resolute Counter to the Blatant Crimes of the West and the Defense of Muslim Blood be Realized

The Guardian reported that the investigation into the war crimes of the British army in Afghanistan might be delayed until 2025. The British Air Force has been accused of killing about 80 Afghan Muslims in Helmand province. It is reported that these soldiers killed these individuals either while they were sleeping or after being captured between 2010 and 2013. A lawyer for the case stated that British Special Forces in Helmand had a policy of eliminating 'all men of fighting age.' Meanwhile, in 2020, Australian military investigations also confirmed that their forces had shot at least 39 civilians, including children and prisoners in Afghanistan between 2005 and 2016.

The incidents mentioned are just a small example of thousands of crimes by foreign occupying forces in Afghanistan, of which only a very small portion has been reported. Western war crimes against Muslims are not limited to Afghanistan but have been ongoing for 103 years since the fall of the Khilafah State, spilling Muslim blood mercilessly from Palestine to Iraq and from Syria to Africa, with no Muslim army or ruler to defend this precious blood. It has become a form of entertainment for Western soldiers. Some American and NATO soldiers have confessed that during their missions in Afghanistan, they shot at civilians for bets and recreation.

The courts established in the West to investigate war crimes are incapable of delivering justice, as most defendants, despite committing various war crimes, are acquitted in military courts with a meaningful smile. In 2019, Trump pardoned three war criminals involved in the murder of innocent Muslims in Afghanistan and Syria, even though their high courts had issued long-term sentences.

There is no doubt that the history of the West is filled with crimes against humanity, and wherever their ominous steps have fallen, they have created terror and crime. Western occupiers are not committed to any human or ethical values. Western crimes are not limited to war crimes but have extended since the fall of the Khilafah, as the corrupt ideas of democracy and the bloodthirsty culture of capitalism have taken over the international order, subjecting all humanity, especially the Muslim Ummah, to occupation, colonialism, injustice, and crimes, with even the land, sea, birds, and animals not spared from their atrocities.

Indeed, every Muslim killed is not just a number but a human being, and each drop of their blood is more valuable than the Ka’aba, and it is appropriate that Western culture and order be overthrown for a drop of Muslim blood. However, it is regrettable that despite the commission of war crimes by the West against Mujahedeen and Afghan Muslims over the past 20 years, the current regime is seeking close interaction with these criminals, holding political and security meetings with American and British diplomats and security officials. In these meetings, requests for political legitimacy and economic aid are made. Thus, we sincerely remind our Mujahid brothers that your strong military stance in the field of Jihad has led to the defeat of the enemy, it is necessary to adopt a strong Islamic stance in the fields of politics and diplomacy so that this cunning and criminal enemy does not find the opportunity to infiltrate our lands. Islamic policy mandates ending any kind of political and economic dealings with these criminals and striving for the real unity of the Ummah, as a resounding response to the crimes of the arrogant West, the defense of Islamic values, and Muslim blood without the intellectual, political, military, and geographical unity of the Ummah and the establishment of a Khilafah (Caliphate) on the method of Prophethood is not possible.

«إِنَّمَا الإِمَامُ جُنَّةٌ يُقَاتَلُ مِنْ وَرَائِهِ وَيُتَّقَى بِهِ فَإِنْ أَمَرَ بِتَقْوَى اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ وَعَدَلَ كَانَ لَهُ بِذَلِكَ أَجْرٌ وَإِنْ يَأْمُرْ بِغَيْرِهِ كَانَ عَلَيْهِ مِنْهُ»

“Indeed, Imam (Khaleefah of the Muslims) is a shield for them. They fight behind him and they are protected by (him from tyrants and aggressors). If he enjoins fear of Allah, the Exalted and Glorious, and dispenses justice, there will be a (great) reward for him; and if he enjoins otherwise, it redounds on him.” (Sahih Muslim)
