Where is the Political Authority and its Apparatuses regarding their Entitlements?!
Has Not the Strategic Patience of the Axis Run Out Yet?!

The bombing of Lebanon by those who were subjected to anger - the Jewish people - has become frequent on a daily basis, and has even affected major cities such as Sidon, Tyre, and Nabatieh, after it was limited to the border villages, killing and injuring safe people in those areas and cities. We ask Allah, the Most Merciful, to accept their martyrs, heal their wounded, and mend their pain, this is in addition to the heavy flights of Jewish planes and marches over Lebanon, reaching the far north of Lebanon, without deterrence or even an attempt to deter!

As for the Lebanese authority and its agencies, they remain silent like the silence of the graves except for complaints to the Security Council, the same council that monitors the killing of the people of Gaza! Without doing anything, as in contrast to what it did with Ukraine, for example! If some countries tried to act, America confronts them with a “veto”! Despite the disagreement between the Biden administration and Netanyahu and his government of Jewish extremists, when it comes to the existence and continuation of this usurping functional entity, and the matter is drawn into the blood of Muslims, America is trampling on all the standards that it claims and calls on the world to adhere to, which are, at their origin, false and fallen standards.

This Lebanese authority and its agencies, which only excel at raising taxes, increasing fines, and renewing mandates, so you see the authority here, working in a way in which its determination precedes the most brilliant tax and fine setters! How is this not true and the Lebanese regime and its authority, like the regimes in the region affiliated with the West, deal with its people and its enemy according to the rule of “a lion upon me while an ostrich in wars”! Where is this authority that does not even think about equipping itself with the minimum air deterrence systems?!

As for the axis of the so-called resistance, and what it called for regarding the unity of the arenas, before the Al-Aqsa Flood since 2021, came up with two new terms “shock absorption” and “strategic patience”, after the old term “response at the appropriate time and place”!

What is the shock that you cannot absorb, which requires entering the battle with full force?! Then has this strategic patience not run out yet?! When will the right time and place come?! Or is the truth what Sheikh Naim Qassem, Deputy Secretary-General of the Party, stated on February 15, 2024 during a memorial ceremony: “We respond in a proportional manner, and our choice is to support Gaza while continuing to deter the enemy with this support and this limited amount of confrontation is what we have seen to be useful and beneficial...”?!

It has become clear that a decision was taken at a regional level, represented by Iran, in harmony with the international decision, represented by America, to exercise this state of proportionality and this new state of what is called deterrence and a limited amount of confrontation! This explains why Lahian and Hochstein's luggage remains packed to come to Lebanon at every arrival! To establish proportionality, limited confrontation, strategic patience, and negotiated solutions, as the Iranian Foreign Minister stated in statements published by the Hezb’s Al-Manar Channel, on 2/7/2024: “Mr. Raisi’s government firmly believes in the path of diplomacy and negotiations, and has never distanced itself from the negotiating table, and never will!” When the situation became serious and a hole was opened in the wall by the Jews, the people of Gaza were left alone, facing - with their children, the elderly, and their light weapons - a machine of mass destruction supported by the West, to preserve the function of the Jewish entity, which was shaken in the region at the hands of a small group, the Secretary-General of the Party, Mr. Hassan Nasrallah, came out, thirty days after the Al-Aqsa Flood operation, on 11/3/2024, contenting himself with striking the Shebaa Farms at that time, and calling it: “A message of solidarity with Gaza”! More importantly, he pointed out by saying: “Our battle has not reached the stage of victory by knockout. We still need time to be realistic, but we are winning with points...”! After the well-known and promoted option in the past among those who were calling for this axis was “to remove the entity in seven minutes” and “the awaited great battle as a result of the unity of the arenas,” until their speaker said: “Pack your bags to return to Palestine”!

All of this has emboldened the Jewish entity and its weak army to persist in their delusion, by striking more targets, and declaring this publicly! The mobilization practiced by the party during the Arab Spring revolutions, to support what it called its preemptive war on terrorism, would have been more or less the same as it was with the Jews, and for the sake of Palestine, that slogan that has been raised for years! However, it was enough with what the Secretary-General of the Party expressed in his speech on 11/3/2023, in his statement that summarizes the state this axis has reached: “The battle, then, is the battle of steadfastness, patience, endurance, achieving accomplishments, and accumulating accomplishments..”,And the path of negotiation is the priority for these people, as stated in the meaning of the words of Sheikh Naim Qassem and his saying: “We have no discussion about the future of southern Lebanon from its two sides, from the Palestinian side and from the Lebanon side, except after the complete aggression against Gaza stops”!

O Muslims in Lebanon; On the authority of Ali bin Abi Talib, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, on the authority of the Messenger of Allah (saw), said:

«الْمُسْلِمُونَ تَتَكَافَأُ دِمَاؤُهُمْ وَيَسْعَى بِذِمَّتِهِمْ أَدْنَاهُمْ وَيَرُدُّ عَلَيْهِمْ أَقْصَاهُمْ وَهُمْ يَدٌ عَلَى مَنْ سِوَاهُمْ، أَلَا لَا يُقْتَلُ مُسْلِمٌ بِكَافِرٍ وَلَا ذُو عَهْدٍ فِي عَهْدِهِ»

“The lives of all Muslims are equal; the lowliest of them can guarantee their protection, the most distant can keep others from breaking protection he has given,* and they are one band against others. A Muslim must not be killed for an infidel, nor must one who has been given a covenant be killed while his covenant holds.” “So do not say: Why do we enter the war with the people of Palestine?! Or: We cannot bear the consequences of war! Your responsibility is one and your blood is one, in the face of those who occupy an inch of Muslim land, wherever it may be.

O Muslims in Lebanon; You and we are at a crossroads, as the role of the rulers of harm who are sitting on the borders of Sykes-Picot, surrounding the Jewish entity, or close to it, or farther away, has become clear to you and clearly appears, and they possess missiles from which we only hear their resonant names! They are the origin, and the Jews are a shadow for them. If the origin disappears, the shadow goes! They guard the Jewish entity and ensure its protection, and even provide it with food and military support, both public and non-public. They declare a boycott of goods and companies that support the Jewish entity, and from under the table, and even above it, they provide it with fuel, missiles, and military clothing, which keep them warm while they kill your brothers, through bombing, starvation, cold, and oppression! They leave you in your distress, your hearts burning against your brothers, and you fall into your suspicions and what they wanted for you, the illusion that you are not capable of anything! Indeed, you, Allah Almighty willing, are capable and able!

Aren't your sons in the armies from soldiers, officers and commanders?! How do you allow them to have their eyes closed and for them to return to their homes trailing the tails of disappointment and submission?! Are these ranks and medallions meant for showing off?! Is what is cut from your sustenance for these armies, which are made up of your sons, to fatten the stomach of the ruler, his entourage, and his guards?! While your children may be killed, not for the sake of Allah Almighty, but rather at the doorstep of these traitorous agents, who are not ashamed of Allah, His Messenger, and the believers!!

[أَلَمْ يَأْنِ لِلَّذِينَ آمَنُوا أَن تَخْشَعَ قُلُوبُهُمْ لِذِكْرِ اللهِ وَمَا نَزَلَ مِنَ الْحَقِّ وَلَا يَكُونُوا كَالَّذِينَ أُوتُوا الْكِتَابَ مِن قَبْلُ فَطَالَ عَلَيْهِمُ الْأَمَدُ فَقَسَتْ قُلُوبُهُمْ وَكَثِيرٌ مِّنْهُمْ فَاسِقُونَ * اعْلَمُوا أَنَّ اللهَ يُحْيِي الْأَرْضَ بَعْدَ مَوْتِهَا قَدْ بَيَّنَّا لَكُمُ الْآيَاتِ لَعَلَّكُمْ تَعْقِلُونَ]

"Has the time not yet come for believers’ hearts to be humbled at the remembrance of Allah and what has been revealed of the truth, and not be like those given the Scripture before—˹those˺ who were spoiled for so long that their hearts became hardened. And many of them are ˹still˺ rebellious. Know that Allah revives the earth after its death.1 We have certainly made the signs clear for you so perhaps you will understand." [Al-Hadid:16-17]. When will their hearts live if not today?! With this amount of bloodshed, and the attacks on free men and women from the people of Gaza, Palestine, Lebanon, and every place reached by the treacherous hand of the Jews!!

O Muslims in Lebanon; Incite your children to move to support their people, and Hizb ut Tahrir is with you, in you, and among your children. If the rulers stand up to them, let them throw them to the ground. At the same time, do not be complacent and sit still for a long time, crying for the people of Gaza and the pain that befalls them! For Allah Almighty has forbidden you to become weak in fighting the people, His enemies, Almighty and Majestic, who - despite their pain, they do not hope from Allah Almighty except loss, punishment, and torment in this world and the hereafter - fight you with one hand and are intent on killing you!

[وَلَا تَهِنُوا فِي ابْتِغَاءِ الْقَوْمِ إِن تَكُونُوا تَأْلَمُونَ فَإِنَّهُمْ يَأْلَمُونَ كَمَا تَأْلَمُونَ وَتَرْجُونَ مِنَ اللهِ مَا لَا يَرْجُونَ وَكَانَ اللهُ عَلِيماً حَكِيماً]

“Do not falter in pursuit of the enemy—if you are suffering, they too are suffering. But you can hope to receive from Allah what they can never hope for. And Allah is All-Knowing, All-Wise.” [An-Nisa:104].
