With great sorrow, Hizb ut Tahrir / Wilayah of Iraq mourns the loss of one of its Shabab:

Al-Haj Muhammad Amjad Ash-Sharfani

Who was from amongst the sincere workers to resume the Islamic way of life by establishing the Khilafah "Caliphate" upon the method the Prophethood. We deem him as one and do not recommend any one upon Allah.

May Allah shower him with His abundant Mercy, and provide his family with patience and solace.

We belong to Allah and to Him we shall return.
