I would like to raise a question in relation to land, which is: What is the difference between the land in which the title and benefit is for the individual, and the land in which benefits are for the individual and its title for the state? May Allah reward you.

I have two questions, the first one: It is known that Omar Ibn Al-Khattab (ra) kept the land of Iraq and refused to distribute it to the fighters, the question is: Is this an Ijtihad of Omar Ibn Al-khattab (ra) which others may hold a different Shariah opinion, or is it a consensus of the companions which is prohibited to differ with?

It is also mentioned that Zakat on compulsory paper currency is obligatory because it is linked to the currency ‘Illah, and its value is evaluated with gold or silver depending on its purchase value in the market and its Zakat is calculated after the Nisab and the passing of one year. This is also clear. As for the "reliable paper currency" which has a specific cover of gold and silver according to a specific proportion which is less than the nominal value of currency as determined by the State or by the entity authorized to do so by the State. On 28 Rajab 1342 AH corresponding to 3rd March 1924 CE the Kafir colonizers were able, using the traitors of the Arabs and the Turks, to demolish the State of the Muslim, the Khilafah "Caliphate". And now it is the ninety-fourth anniversary of this tragic events, and the Ummah is awaiting the glad-tiding of the return of the Khilafah "Caliphate"; rightly guided on the method of the Prophethood, that will make the Muslims rise as the best Ummah brought to mankind, after these harsh years experienced by the Ummah without a shepherd, without an identity, without the rule of the Shariah of the Lord.
