The Ministry of Guidance issues a Decree Forbidding Talking about Islam in Public Places
After making restrictions upon the Islamic Da’wah and its carriers within the Mosques, we now have the government forbidding talking in public places. The Minister of Guidance and Endowments, Ammar Merghani Hussein, issued a decree to stop religious talk being undertaken in markets and public roadways or paths, justifying his position by stating that it was a step taken to regulate the Da’wah address and due to what the religious speech in markets and public roadways
