Know that you are accountable to the people about what is happening in the country

The year 2013 was a black year against Islam and Muslims in Russia. The war on Islam and Muslims has raged furiously and increased in severity this year, especially on the 16th of January, when the Al-Ikhlas Mosque in Kazan was closed, and was then demolished from its foundation under the pretext of rebuilding, and those responsible for it were considered terrorists and extremists.
On the 15th of July, under a decision of the Supreme Court in Stavropol, a ban was placed on wearing headscarves in educational institutions, and as a result of this unjust decision Muslim girls were expelled from school. There is no doubt that the implementation of this resolution in Tatarstan or Dagestan is only a matter of time, since the decision of the Supreme Court becomes law in all of Russia, and Russia regards Tatarstan and Dagestan as part of it.

Over the past years several Islamic literatures has been prohibited, such as Ibn Hisham's Seerah of the Prophet Muhammad (saw), Sahih al-Bukhari, and even the book on Du'aa (Safeguard for a Muslim) has been banned.
On the 17th of September 2013, through a decision of the Court of Novorossiysk, the translation of the meanings of the Quran written by author Kuliyev was banned since it was considered to incite extremism. This is in itself a ban of Islam, which is a declaration of war against Allah Almighty.

On the 16th of September 2013 well-known dawah carrier Gappaev Abdullah, a member of Hizb ut Tahrir, was killed in front of the door of his home in the city of Kazlar, because he sincerely called to Allah, openly and without material action. So why was he killed? And for what?
Every day in Russia abductions, arrests and killings of Muslims take place, only because they abide by their religion and are keen to preserve it. All of this happens without trials. The investigators consider Muslims to be an armed opposition, therefore killing and overpowering them.
On the 5th of August 2013, the AMON group in Khasavyurt attacked women with batons who had gone out to demonstrate inquiring about their children and brothers.

More than 20 million Muslims live in Russia, do you really think they will keep silent about all of this? The Muslims believe in one God, Allah Almighty Alone, their Book is one and their Qibla is one! They will not stand deedless in face of your oppression.

Stop your prosecution of Muslims, stop the war on Islam, the Deen of the Lord of the worlds, to whose Hands we recommend you! Allah (swt) says:

وَيَمْكُرُونَ وَيَمْكُرُ اللَّهُ وَاللَّهُ خَيْرُ الْمَاكِرِينَ
"And the disbelievers planned, but Allah planned. And Allah is the best of planners." [Ali-Imran 3:54]

Brothers and sisters around the globe!

First of all, on behalf of your brothers and sisters in Hizb ut Tahrir Wilayah Afghanistan and the Mujahideen and oppressed people of Afghanistan, the Media Office of Hizb ut Tahrir Wilayah Afghanistan would like to herewith express our warmest greetings of the blessed Eid al-Adha. May Allah (swt) accept from all of us our prayers, sacrifices and Hajj.

For more than 10 centuries of its glorious history, the Islamic Ummah used to celebrate its victories, conquests, bravery, advancements and many other achievements with pride, which are now turned into dreaming tales and became part of a golden historic age. This is what, for a spectrum of the Muslims, seems like a dream, which in their mind will never come true. But Alhamdulillah, there are quite a number of our sincere brothers and sisters across the Islamic land, such as in Khurasan, Iraq, Palestine, Egypt, Pakistan, Yemen, Kashmir..., and exclusively Muslims in the blessed land of Ash-Sham, who've been standing against the Taghoot firmly, whilst governments and rulers, as expected turned their backs to them, armies did not hear the scream of the women and children. But they have been solidly pursuing their stance against the tyrants of Ash-Sham and his Eastern and Western supporters, bare handedly, in order to please Allah (swt).

Brothers and sisters!

Nowadays, the Muslims in Afghanistan are faced with different plots and challenges from Kuffar. Even though, there is a widespread media propaganda in terms of the U.S. led crusader troops withdrawal by the end of 2014, but it is as bright as sun that the whole scenario is to deceive the Muslims of Afghanistan, and to sign the so-called Afghan-U.S. Security Agreement, hold the deceptive and fraudulent presidential elections and deceive the Mujahidin with a fake power share. Bearing in mind, the 2014 is just a shift U.S. in strategy, not a withdrawal, as the Afghans are led to believe.

O Muslims!

The U.S. has its long term objectives in the region, of which are;

• Encircle China and Russia,
• Prevent revival of the Islamic Khilafah "Caliphate",
• Plunder the Ummah's wealth, and;
• Face the Ummah with many other killing threats.

Thus, the U.S. is not expected to leave Afghanistan, where has geopolitical significance for the U.S's strategic ambitions and is perceived as the "heart of Asia". Therefore, the U.S. has been trying to further deepen mistrust and enmity among different ethnic tribes and to keep them hostile to one another, as they have done it in Somalia, Iraq and Pakistan.

Above are just a few examples of hypocritical conspiracies from the crusaders and the enemies of Islam and Muslims in Afghanistan. Undoubtedly, lack of the Islamic Khilafah "Caliphate" and implementation of democracy has caused mass murder, burning innocents alive, increasing level of immorality, sky-rocketing unemployment, severe poverty, widespread propaganda against Islam by the Western funded media, all and all, across the Islamic land, exclusively in Afghanistan.

We hereby call upon all of you across the globe, and invite you to stand for our Lord (swt) and raise your voices for the cause of the revival of the Islamic Khilafah "Caliphate" along with your brothers and sisters in Hizb ut Tahrir.

Come and joint your brothers and sisters, who've been tirelessly working day and night on the method of Prophethood, so that may Allah (swt) bless us, once again with His glorious Hukumah (Ruling), under which the Ummah will live with dignity and prosperity.

Let's stand together and free our brothers and sisters from the oppression of Taghoot and Kuffar. Let's raise the Kalimat ut Tawheed and make it dominant around the globe.

May Allah (swt) protect him We also congratulate all Muslims who went to perform the one of the pillars of Islam - the Hajj - who have experienced the purifying beauty of the Hajj rituals. May Allah (swt) accept your acts of worship.

We pray to Allah (swt) to grant muslim Ummah the nusrah restoring the Islamic way of life under the righteous God-fearing Khaleefah. Inshallah the following Eid we shall rejoice under the rayah of La illaha illa Allah Muhammad Rassoolullah
