Event:

Tensions between Pakistan and India escalated, when the Indian government claimed that the Pakistan Army crossed the Line of Control (LoC) in Poonch sector of Jammu and attacked Sarla check-post killing five soldiers on 6^th August 2013. The Government of Pakistan denied any such intrusion. After this incident tensions escalated not only along the LoC, which is a ceasefire line between India and Pakistan along Occupied Kashmir, rather it extended to the international border as well, which is the rest of the border between India and Pakistan. The Indian government canceled the planned secretary level meeting with Pakistan and now there are rumours being circulated that the anticipated meeting between the Indian and Pakistani Prime Ministers, on the side lines of the United Nations' annual general assembly meeting, in New York, will also be canceled.

Comment:

In 2003 when Musharaf was in power, Pakistan and India signed a treaty in order to end firing incidents and tensions along the Line of Control. However, since the beginning of 2013 alone, there have been more then a hundred violations reported from the Indian side. Despite increasing Indian hostility and the killing of Pakistani soldiers and civilians, traitors in Pakistan's political and military leadership, led by Nawaz Sharif and General Kayani, responded weakly. General Kayani in his speech at the Kakol Military Academy on 13^th August 2013, on the eve of Independence Day, did not even raise harsh words against Indian aggression. Instead, in blind obedience to his masters in Washington, Kayani tried to convince the people of Pakistan that the internal security situation is now the priority for national security, rather than the manifest external Indian threat. Similarly, Nawaz Sharif submissively advised India to forget the past and again extended a proposal of negotiations between the two countries.

Since the time of Musharaf, traitors in political and military leadership are trying to convince the people of Pakistan that it is necessary to be submissive and capitulating before India, for the economic prosperity of Pakistan, even if the Muslims must bury their rights, such as ending the brutal Indian Occupation of Kashmir and preventing the mistreatment of Muslims all over India. So they are strengthening ties with India, trying to give India a "Most Favored Nation" status and making moves to purchase more then one thousand megawatt electricity from India.

The response of these traitors is in line with the American policy. America wants to win India under its influence and is using Pakistan as bait, so that it can use India against China, in order to contain China within its borders. India cannot act according to this American plan, until her relations are normalized with Pakistan. And at the same time America can make Pakistan more dependent on India to weaken any Khilafah "Caliphate" that arises.

The response of the rulers of a strong Muslim country, with a population of more then 180 million people and the seventh largest armed forces in the world, is shameful and disgusting. If countries like Bolivia, Ecuador and Venezuela, located on America's very doorstep, who are far weaker than Pakistan, can reject American dictations and even have the courage to expel American diplomats, then why can Pakistan, the one and only Muslim nuclear state, not reject American dictations and respond to Indian hostility with vigor? Instead of doing so, the traitors in the political and military leadership are always ready to go any limits, in order to implement American policies and undermine Pakistan's sovereignty.

Only the Khilafah "Caliphate" will rescue Pakistan from this disgraced situation and elevate it to its rightful place, in accordance to its huge potential and capabilities.

Yesterday 08/15/2013, Obama commented on the bloody massacres that occurred during the dissolving of the two sit-ins Rabea al-Adweya and An-Nahda saying that he strongly condemns these tragic events, and that he denounces violence against civilians ... He then added that this position was based on American interest, and that Egypt is "a cornerstone of peace in the Middle East"...

Obama is deceiving himself before deceiving others, because the peace he refers to equates the surrender to the Jewish entity and the sale of al-Aqsa and what surrounds it, and the confirmation of the Camp David Treaty... His condemnation of violence against civilians is a blatant lie! Are these regimes in Egypt exercising this violence thought to be beyond American influence? Is not all of it happening through America's support and with its greenest of green lights?! Is there any rational, conscious person that does not realize that American arms have been stretching out to the center of politics, military and economics in Egypt for decades? Are American delegations, strolling in and out of the country especially when there is any change in the system, come for tourism or excursions? It was those delegations that accelerated with each new regime in Egypt, and they were always the people of influence! From the Ministry of Defense and the Ministry of State over to the Congress ... After the ousting of Mubarak and reception of ruling by the Military Council, those delegations came in streams since the early days, this went on after the ascension of Morsi into power, and the matter remained the same after Morsi was impeached and Abdel Fattah al-Sisi ascended into rule...

America carries on these painful episodes in the land of Egypt from behind the existing and the previous system... It does not in the least matter to America who serves its interests in achieving this, whether named Husni, Morsi or Sisi... They will toss him aside if he does not fulfill America's interests and restrain stability as a base of its influence, and this matter is clear to all eyewitnesses! Sorrow fills the hearts as that Egypt which overcame the Crusaders and Tatars and almost incapacitated the Jewish entity - were it not for the betrayal of the Egyptian regime - is serving as a hotbed for American intervention mornings and evenings!

Oh Muslims in the Land of Egypt:

Your enemies, led by America and its allies and their followers, have succeeded in portraying the issue as if it were between Islam and Kufr, although all of you are Muslim ... They have also succeeded in portraying the issue as if it were between the Islamic State and a secular state, whilst none of these rulers, neither the former nor the subsequent, have applied Islam and ruled by it ... Finally they have succeeded in dividing you into two sects, each of who barricades behind a thick and solid wall of hostility against the other, even though for centuries you have lived as loving brothers. Islam safeguards your rights, without distinction between red and black, nor between man and woman, nor between Muslim and non-Muslim. When the Messenger of Allah (saw) advised the Muslims in Egypt in goodness he (saw) simultaneously advised them in mercy for the Copts...

O Muslims in the Land of Egypt:

This matter will only be resolved with what it was resolved initially: A rightly guided Khilafah "Caliphate" that unites you on the truth, and a rightly guided Khaleefah that leads you to fight your enemy. A strong God-fearing Khaleefah that leads you towards the abolition of the Jewish entity and the restoration of Palestine - all of Palestine - into the lands of Islam. A Khaleefah that breaks America's back and that of its allies and followers, so that neither Obama nor Europe's dare to stretch out their arms, not even their fingers, towards the slightest bit from the land of Egypt, lest they be amputated... Only then will Egypt return to greatness with its Islam, strong with its sons, rich in wealth, throwing the poisoned aids down America's throat. Then it will return to its initial state of being a solid Islamic fortress, recruiting its soldiers for jihad and the opening of lands for Islam, spreading goodness in all four directions of the earth, as this is not mighty over Allah.

Oh Muslims in the Land of Egypt:

The leader does not lie to his people, rather he is helpful to them and advises them with what leads to the right path. As we have offered our advice to the group of Tantawi when the Military Council ruled after the ousting of Hosni Mubarak... As we sent our advice to Dr. Morsi, while in power, we now turn our advice to the current de facto ruler which is the group of Abdel Fattah al-Sisi... Even though Tantawi's faction did not heed our advice, as well as Dr. Morsi did not respond to it, however we will not relent and we shall give our current advice to Sisi's faction. All of this as a reminder, as He (swt) said:

((فَإِنَّ الذِّكْرَى تَنْفَعُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ))

"For indeed, the reminder benefits the believers." [TMQ 51:55]

Reminder comes from the door of the Deen: It is reported in al-Muslim from Tamim al-Dari (ra) that he said that the Messenger of Allah (saw) said:

«الدِّينُ النَّصِيحَةُ» قُلْنَا: لِمَنْ؟ قَالَ: «لِلَّهِ وَلِكِتَابِهِ وَلِرَسُولِهِ وَلِأَئِمَّةِ الْمُسْلِمِينَ وَعَامَّتِهِمْ»

"The Deen is reminder." We said: "To what?" He (saw) said: "To Allah and His book and His Messenger and the leaders of the Muslims and their common people."

Therefore we say:

Oh group, blood has filled the streets of Egypt and bloody massacres spread in its fields, even in the mosques. It is a travesty that devastates lives not by confronting the Jewish entity in the liberation of al-Aqsa, but for the race towards a crooked legged chair! On top of that, the chair that you are racing for, it is America that decides whether it stands or falls! All the blood and massacres will not even help you in your Dunya, but it will help others in their Dunya, and little does America care about the number of spirits lost or the volume of the blood spilled!

What America cares about in the land of Egypt is to take it as a center of influence and as a springboard for its conspiracies, even if it will cost the blood of thousands and thousands of Egyptians ... If the blood is spilled at the hands of any tyrant who did not succeed in stabilizing American influence, they will toss him aside and seek another to sell his Deen and Dunya! Look to the ones that preceded you, for Mubarak who had guarded America's treasure in Egypt was left to dry when the revolution of 25 December surprised them and he was unable to kill more and more as to extinguish the revolution... then came Morsi as well ... Now you walk the very same road! America will not forsake you until you kill and kill to preserve its stability and influence, suddenly you will find yourself in the footsteps of your predecessors as Husni and Morsi, as compelled by American policy! Murder is a grave sin, for Ibn Majah (ra) has reported from Abdullah Ibn Umar (ra) who said: "I saw the Messenger of Allah (saw) circumventing the Ka'bah saying:

مَا أَطْيَبَكِ وَأَطْيَبَ رِيحَكِ، مَا أَعْظَمَكِ وَأَعْظَمَ حُرْمَتَكِ

وَالَّذِي نَفْسُ مُحَمَّدٍ بِيَدِهِ، لَحُرْمَةُ الْمُؤْمِنِ أَعْظَمُ عِنْدَ اللَّهِ حُرْمَةً مِنْكِ، مَالِهِ، وَدَمِهِ، وَأَنْ نَظُنَّ بِهِ إِلَّا خَيْرًا

"How sweet you are and how sweet is your smell! How great you are and how great is your sanctity! By the One in whose hands Muhammad's soul lies, the sanctity of the believer is greater to Allah than yours, his wealth, his blood and that we think only well of him."

Oh group, be more astute and aware than your predecessors so accept our advice, especially since you have an Islamic background as seen in your written proposals in 2006 while studying at the Military Academy of the U.S. Army in Pennsylvania. You will not be reprieved of the shame in this life or the torment of the Hereafter, unless you sever the rope America has extended to Egypt, and aid the Khilafah "Caliphate" and the ones working for it, so that Egypt returns to be a center of the Khilafah "Caliphate" in this world. Perhaps this will atone for the sins you have amounted, and then Allah (swt), His Messenger (saw) and the believers will be with you. Whoever has made this task his, Allah will grant him acceptance on earth and grant him pleasure in the heavens. Neither America nor Europe, henchmen and followers will frighten him. If you do not do so; America's rope will remain extended and the bloodshed will continue flowing all to please America. Then you will lose your Hereafter and will be unable to secure your Dunya, and that is the obvious loss! You have undoubtedly read the saying of the Messenger (saw):

«من أرضى الناس بسخط الله وكله الله إلى  الناس ومن أسخط الناس برضا الله كفاه الله مؤنة الناس»

"Whoever satisfied the people discontenting Allah, Allah will hand him over to the people and whoever discontented the people in satisfaction of Allah, Allah has sufficed his subsistence from the people." (at-Tirmidhi and Abu Na'im through the tradition of Aish'a)

There lies a great difference between the one who Allah has handed over to the people hand the one whose sustenance comes from Allah without the people.

This is a sincere advice that is purely for the sake of Allah Almighty, we do not want from you a recompense or gratitude. All we ask for is the prevention of the gloating of the Kuffar, their agents and all the enemies of Islam when they laugh their robust laughs seeing the destruction of great Egypt at the hands of its own sons as a service to the Kafir colonialists, inna lillah wa inna ilaihi raji'un!

On August 14, 2013 the world watched in horror as the Egyptian army commanded by General Sisi mercilessly slaughtered, bludgeoned and bulldozed protestors with indiscriminate force in Cairo. So intense was the clean-up operation that Cairo's streets quickly resembled rivers of blood, and street corners were swiftly transformed into makeshift hospitals and morgues. Hundreds were dead and thousands were injured at the hands of army, security forces and the secret police.

Instead of showing remorse for its evil actions, the so called interim regime was forthright in its condemnation of the protestors. Sisi's footstool the Interim Prime Minister Hazem El-Beblawi said: "Terrorizing the public by carrying arms, blockading roads, violating public property and ignoring the interests of the people, is not freedom of expression. It is a violation of the pride of the state, not just the people. For the state to continue to run the affairs of the country, it has to be respected." How ironic! Is it not the army that is using tanks, bulldozers, armoured personal carries, machine guns, snipers and tossing tear gas canisters like they were celebratory fireworks to spread tyranny amongst men, women and children? As for violating the pride of the state, did not the Jewish entity's air force violate Egypt's airspace to launch missiles strikes against militants just a few days ago? Why was the army and its equipment not used to defend Egypt? Indeed if the army leadership cannot defend the territorial integrity of Egypt or defend its very own citizens then under what right is Sisi's footstool demanding respect!

The American agent Sisi's mop up operation was no random event. It was meticulously planned and orchestrated by his masters in Washington who recently visited him and instructed him what to say and do. US Deputy Secretary of State William Burns and the two American Senators, John McCain and Lindsay Graham visited Sisi and shared with him parts of America's plan to end the sit-in by the pro-Morsi supporters. Immediately after these meetings, Sisi under the pretext of reconciliation met with the leaders of the Islamic opposition and threatened them to work with the military minus Morsi or else face destruction. The Islamic opposition refused to co-operate despite international pressure. Henceforth, Sisi announced 25 provincial governors-out which 19 are generals: 17 from the military and 2 from the police, and 2 civilians from the remainder are known Mubarak loyalists. The appointments were rushed a day before the clean-up operation was meant to begin, and this was done to prepare Egypt for the state of emergency and a protracted period of instability. Thus in a space of 6 weeks since Morsi's ouster from office, General Sisi is on track to fully restore Mubarak's regime to power.

As for Turkey, UAE, Saudi and Kuwait who pretended to be stunned by the violence perpetrated by the Egyptian armed forces-bear equal responsibility for the massacre. The $13 billion or so given by theses governments has only emboldened Sisi and fuelled his violence against Egyptians. Furthermore, the money provides cover for America to suspend-if required to appease international opinion-its $1.3 billion aid to Sisi's treasury knowing full that their loyal agent has enough money to crush the opposition, embellish the life-style of senior officers in return for loyalty to Uncle Sam-all the while the poor Egyptian solider is asked to carry out the dirty work of killing fellow Muslims.
This is not the first time you have seen the ugly face of your army leadership implementing the commands of America. Nor is this the first time you have witnessed the army leadership intervening to protect American interests by resurrecting Mubarak's regime and using it to fight our sons and daughters. At the beginning of the revolution it was Field Marshal Tantawi and America, then it became SCAF and America, and today it is Sisi and America! Are you going to allow this pattern of tyranny to continue to oppress you and subjugate your Islam or are you going to do something about it?

The Messenger of Allah (saw) said,

"لا يُلدغ المؤمن من جحر مرتين"

"The Muslim should be sharp so that he is not stung from the same hole twice."

Indeed America knows that it enjoys no support amongst you or even amongst those of you who profess with their tongues secular ideas but their hearts is firmly with Islam. Even it agents in the opposition shudder with shame and now are scurrying to disassociate themselves from the bloodshed executed by Sisi.

America's only hope is Sisi and a small cabal of sell-out officers who eagerly prostrate before it and implement its every whim! About them Allah says:

وَإِذَا لَقُوا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا قَالُوا آمَنَّا وَإِذَا خَلَوْا إِلَىٰ شَيَاطِينِهِمْ قَالُوا إِنَّا مَعَكُمْ إِنَّمَا نَحْنُ مُسْتَهْزِئُونَ ﴿١٤﴾ اللَّـهُ يَسْتَهْزِئُ بِهِمْ وَيَمُدُّهُمْ فِي طُغْيَانِهِمْ يَعْمَهُونَ ﴿١٥﴾ أُولَـٰئِكَ الَّذِينَ اشْتَرَوُا الضَّلَالَةَ بِالْهُدَىٰ فَمَا رَبِحَت تِّجَارَتُهُمْ وَمَا كَانُوا مُهْتَدِينَ

"And when they meet those who believe, they say, "We believe"; but when they are alone with their evil ones, they say, Indeed, we are with you; we were only mockers.[But] Allah mocks them and prolongs them in their transgression [while] they wander blindly. Those are the ones who have purchased error [in exchange] for guidance, so their transaction has brought no profit, nor were they guided." [TMQ Al Baqarah: 14-16]

The time has come for you to overlook the mistakes of your brother, forgive each other, close your ranks and stand as one hand against Sisi and his American masters. Remember the words of Allah:

وَاعْتَصِمُوا بِحَبْلِ اللَّـهِ جَمِيعًا وَلَا تَفَرَّقُوا ۚ وَاذْكُرُوا نِعْمَتَ اللَّـهِ عَلَيْكُمْ إِذْ كُنتُمْ أَعْدَاءً فَأَلَّفَ بَيْنَ قُلُوبِكُمْ فَأَصْبَحْتُم بِنِعْمَتِهِ إِخْوَانًا وَكُنتُمْ عَلَىٰ شَفَا حُفْرَةٍ مِّنَ النَّارِ فَأَنقَذَكُم مِّنْهَا ۗ كَذَٰلِكَ يُبَيِّنُ اللَّـهُ لَكُمْ آيَاتِهِ لَعَلَّكُمْ تَهْتَدُونَ

"And hold firmly to the rope of Allah all together and do not become divided. And remember the favour of Allah upon you - when you were enemies and He brought your hearts together and you became, by His favour, brothers. And you were on the edge of a pit of the Fire, and He saved you from it. Thus does Allah make clear to you His verses that you may be guided." [TMQ Surah Al Imran: 103]

With this mind you should openly approach the army, infiltrate their rank and file, encourage them to turn against the American agent Sisi, and rally around the sincere amongst you who are working to re-establish the rightly guided Khilafah "Caliphate" State. For of surety, the Khilafah "Caliphate" state will permanently deliver you from stranglehold of America that has besieged your affairs.

((يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا اسْتَجِيبُوا لِلَّـهِ وَلِلرَّسُولِ إِذَا دَعَاكُمْ لِمَا يُحْيِيكُمْ ۖ وَاعْلَمُوا أَنَّ اللَّـهَ يَحُولُ بَيْنَ الْمَرْءِ وَقَلْبِهِ وَأَنَّهُ إِلَيْهِ تُحْشَرُونَ ))

"Oh you who have Iman! Answer (the call of) Allah and His Messenger when he calls you to that which gives you life; and know that Allah intervenes between man and his heart, and that to Him you shall be gathered." [TMQ Al Anfal-24]

News:

The Guardian Newspaper of 12^th August 2013 and nearly all newspapers in Tanzania have recently reported the event of shooting of the Secretary General of Supreme Council of Muslims in Tanzania Ustadh Ponda Issa Ponda.

This occurrence seems to be controversial as Ustadh Ponda and his followers have put it clearly that Ponda was shot by police while the government denies it. Despite this, the government confirms that it wanted to arrest Ponda and the police only fired in the air to disperse his followers who accompanied him but denies shooting him.

The surprising thing about the denial by government is that it is only by the local media. As for foreign media especially British newspapers like Daily Telegraph, Mirror together with Sky News, and the government had earlier accepted responsibility by its police in shooting Ponda and linking him with scalding by acid of two British ladies of Jewish descent from London. The event happened towards the end of Ramadhan in the old city of Zanzibar.

Comment:

The measures taken by the Tanzania government after this event like President Kikwete shortly visiting the two ladies while in hospital, the president of Zanzibar talking about the event in his Eid Baraza speech, Zanzibar Information Minister calling an impromptu press conference with reporters, the Zanzibar government announcing a reward of Tshs. 10 million, the government starting discussions on the need to have laws to regulate acids, and if that is not all, the Tanzania police announcing a Tshs. 100 million reward. This is ten times more than the reward by Zanzibar for anyone giving information leading to the capture of the criminals. All these are indicators of massive pressure from Britain while it aims to cultivate political fruits than legal ones.

Based on that, it is clear Britain pressured the government of Tanzania to arrest Ponda at all costs so as to link him with the issue of the two ladies. Tanzania took those measures with extreme force. The main reason of Britain pressuring Tanzania into this trap is to cause friction between CCM and its government on one side against Muslims. This will help create a good political opportunity for its party of CHADEMA. It seems when America saw the trap, it ordered the government of Tanzania to deny shooting Ponda even though it had earlier confirmed so.

Traps and political games in weakening influence between Britain and America is a matter that is expected to gain momentum especially during the period towards the general election. Also especially after Britain increased its hopes with the complete return of Kenya to its fold through a fraudulent win by President Uhuru Kenyatta.
