It is mentioned in the Introduction to the Constitution Part One, Article 36d: in the explanation that the Khaleefah has the right to remove the assistant (Mu'aawin) proven by analogy (Qyias) to the one given proxy unless there is a narrated text which prohibits removing him in special circumstances. Please clarify the specific circumstances that prohibit the Khaleefah from removing the Mu'aawin?
