In a recent congressional hearing, in front of the US foreign relations committee, Daniel Markey from the John Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) made a number of telling remarks.

 Today, the Muslims are facing tyrannical rulers who are armed with the weapons of fear and force. In Syria, Washington is orchestrating a war that is a world war in all but name, mobilizing all the forces it can muster, from Russia,

﴿إِنَّا نَحْنُ نُحْيِي الْمَوْتَى وَنَكْتُبُ مَا قَدَّمُوا وَآَثَارَهُمْ وَكُلَّ شَيْءٍ أحْصَيْنَاهُ فِي إِمَامٍ مُبِينٍ﴾ “Verily we shall give life to the dead, and we record that which they send before and that which they leave behind, and of all things have we taken account in a clear book.” [Yasin, 36:12]

“O you who have believed, obey Allah and obey the Messenger and those in authority among you. And if you disagree over anything, refer it to Allah and the Messenger, if you should believe in Allah and the Last Day. That is the best [way] and best in result”
