Allah (swt) praised those of His servants who: الَّذِينَ يَسْتَمِعُونَ الْقَوْلَ فَيَتَّبِعُونَ أَحْسَنَهُ﴾﴿“Who listen [closely] to all that is said, and follow the best of it.” they see the path of truth and guidance and use their mind that Allah (swt) has distinguished them with from all His creatures﴾هُمْ أُولُو الْأَلْبَابِ﴿“Those are the ones endued with understanding.”, working sincerely wanting His pleasure

....There is no room for comparison or preference in their roles because Allah (swt) has obligated the male and female equally to His (swt) orders and prohibitions, and He (swt) has rewarded them for the good deeds even if it’s the weight of an atom and punished them for the bad deeds even if it’s the weight of an atom without discrimination
