Twenty-two of the existing states in the Islamic lands condemned, in a joint statement, the visit of the foreign minister of the Jewish entity, Gideon Sa’ar, to the Somaliland region on 6 January 2026. This visit came after the Jewish entity recognized the State of Somaliland in late December of last year.

Hizb ut Tahrir is Well-Known Likewise, the Group that Has Dedicated Itself to Fighting the Call for the Establishment of the Khilafah (Caliphate)

The Saudi newspaper Al-Watan published an article on December 29/12/2025, titled: "The Daily Task of Controlling Followers," which was then republished by Al-Arabiya News Channel on its website on 31/12/2025. The article criticized the Muslims' joy over a widely circulated video of a Muslim preacher debating an atheist in India! It then used this event as a springboard to criticize political Islamic groups.
